This was not my families first trip to Rich’s but it was our first at this location. We had somewhere to be at 1 so we figured sitting down at 11:15 should give us plenty of time to eat and get out of there. We were seated quickly and our order was taken timely, our server was nice and the place was neat and clean. They almost sat us at a table in the open but the server said that table is too cold. Wasn’t sure what she meant but I found out! Thermostat must’ve been stuck on 50 degrees cuz the whole place was freezing.
Fast forward an hour and twenty minutes later, multiple request for refills and many mixed up glasses later our food shows up from a different server with lukewarm burgers and cold fries. We asked for our check when the food came but our regular server never came back. I had to stand at the window and ask another server to cash me out. $73 before tip for flat soda with almost no ice, cold food that took over an hour to get. We were not thrilled with today’s experience to say the least

Friendly staff, delicious food served promptly and accurately. I had the western burger, it was juicy with a generous amount of bacon and BBQ sauce. The tots were nice and crispy, you can tell they maintain their fryer well.

Overall I’ll give them 5 stars because everything about the restaurant located in steelvile Mo is great! They even have a board for people to buy a order of food in advance on a ticket and post it on the board for those who may be hurting and hungry which I think is just wonderful because you do t see that much! I gave the food 4 stars only because went there on a Friday for breakfast buffet and it just wasn’t that good. But other than that all other food items I had from Rich’s was GReAT

This place was a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. However, don't pull into the parking lot with your travel trailer. Like I did, it's kind of small. However, we did manage to get back out of it. Just fine. The food was good to service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Would stop here again if in the neighborhood!
We have always had excellent food and service. This is our go to place when we are in the area.

OMG, this was a 10 out of 10 burger and experience. Had a pepper jelly, peanut butter, bacon hamburger. This is a must order. I will be back and will be telling everyone about this place.

I stopped here based off Google Maps. I walked in and there’s not a lot of show boating as far as decor. Friendly staff seated us and we had to wait a little bit for our food less than 20 minutes. But the wait was worth it. Fresh hot and made exactly how we wanted it. We had a great meal on our 700+ mile trip that day and it filled us up. Definitely worth stopping and getting a bite to eat folks!
