Ordered chicken strips & they were the smallest strips ever for $9.99. Then to add insult the fries were completely room temp like they had been sitting on the counter for hours. I will not eat at the Owensville location ever again.

We had a basketball end of season dinner in there banquet room and it was really nice! Lots of games for kids to play spacious and the servers were excellent and the cooks did great food! Highly recommend for an event or small dinner spot!

Good place to eat the first time we went it was awesome second time we went in we got up and left after waiting over 40 mins for food and tables that were not occupied still had food on them. I can see leaving them with food and trash on them if they were busy but at least 5 tables still had food from previous customers.

I guess I expected something more... It was a good burger, nothing special, just a good burger. Service was fair. I wouldn't go out of my way to get another.
Worst experience I've ever had. We took our daughter, grandbabies and other family members there yesterday for their fish fry. We arrived at 6:15. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, another 20 minutes for someone in the wait staff to acknowledge we were sitting. Several family members were stretching their neck to catch the eye of what appeared to be only two waitress's working. After two hours our food had still not been delivered. When I approached one of the employees to talk to the manager, I was told that there was no manager on duty. When I expressed my discontent, I was told that I didn't need to be rude. We got up and left, that was at 8:15. We did enjoy the meal at Mr. Tequila. You might want to try them as an alterative. Also the Junction at 19/49 has a great fish fry.

We have been to rich's (RFB) many times before and its never disappointed but today was different thanks to a table of loud unruly group of about 10 adults 3 children... This group went out of their way to anger almost every table in the main dining room 8/4/24 7:30am so much that multiple tables cut breakfast short and asked for Togo containers because this table was so loud!!! It's not the employees job to make sure customers act accordingly but they could have handled the situation much better than they did... Very disappointed after driving 2 hours to have breakfast ruined by some loud mouth vacationers!!!
