Our server was really nice so I don’t want to disparage her, but my friend’s meal didn’t come out all at once and what she did get wasn’t hot. Neither was my fried chicken. Gravy was good but green beans were almost inedible because they were so salty. Seven dollars for a bottled root beer seems a bit much as well. Just left Sullivan Mo Cracker Barrel. Waited an hour for our food and still never arrived. No one else was getting their orders either. Our waitress had to go to the bathroom to cry. What in the world is going on in your kitchen? I always enjoyed stopping at this location… but won’t anymore. Corporate needs to figure out the problem or just lock the front door. Pathetic
Fried chicken was too done. Too greasy and too crunchy. Took longer than usual to get our food. The restrooms were disgusting.
