we were very impressed with the evening crew. friendly, fast, and they were cleaning. a new manager. much better then the last one.
Went to jack in the box in Sullivan Mo on June 9 at 9 0 clock PM. We pulled into the drive thru and we got told it would be 5 or 10 minutes until they could take our order. There was no one else in the drive thru so we sat there looking at the menu. We were then told "you can't be sitting in our drive thru". My other half tries to drive through last night on his way home for a shake and a snack. of course the ice cream machine is "down". tonight they just won't take any order bc they are cleaning.... what?! Then just be CLOSED! What is even going on here? lol
