ALWAYS a wait, drive thru or lobby or curbside, even when there are staff just wondering around. If you go thru drive thru, you have to ask them to take your order. Used to be awesome and fast, now I only go if I have 30 min to wait.
This is by far the BEST McDonald's we have ever been to. We drive through Sullivan weekly going to our camper. We absolutely have to stop on our way home every Sunday. We have been doing this for 5 years now, so we have probably had close to 75 to 100 visits. Let's start with the fries: we have only once, gotten fries that were sub-par. Every other time, they have been hot and fresh and the PERFECT amount of salt. Now let's go to the staff. No matter how young...
It was a longer wait than usual, probably 7-10 minutes for food we ordered through the app. We went through the drive-thru and had to pull away from service window to wait. No napkins were included at all in the bag and the attendant had already gone back inside the restaurant.
