We came in for a carry out order. Brittney and Nick were the employees:m. They weren't super friendly but it was also very late at night. Order was incorrect and no attempts to correct it. However food was fresh and clearly made within the last few minutes.The store was clean. All seating was clean. I enjoyed the light music playing as well.
Me and my 4 kids stopped in at this Arby's yesterday as we were traveling through on I-44. A customer in the store, who who was likely harmless and just mentally challenged, was continually getting in our space and asking us highly personal questions. Wanting to know if I was married, what were my kids names, where was my husband, why was I spending his money...Without going into details, the employees noticed what was going on and made sure that my kids and I were safe and comfortable....read full review
