So me and my grandma are hungry while we’re on our way to stl, so we stop at sonic, which i usually LOVE and ADORE but this time our experience was very different, and very eye opening for first timers here at the sullivan sonic.

We press the button, they answer very quickly, so i’ll give them points for that, but what got us, is, 1. they didnt even let us finish ordering our food, and 2. when they came out, they didn’t even give us everything we asked for.

this was THE worse sonic experience I have ever had. bad customer service and the workers are rude and disrespectful.

I would give them a zero.

I go there cpl times a week. I order my food had too wait awhile at drive thru window. We pulled off I looked at my queue sauce and in the cup it barely covered bottom of cup. I went back to ask for my cheese sauce I paid for and he started with attitude as soon as he came out of store saying they are understaff and sonic does not do refunds.
And then told me he is refusing service to me and I’m not aloud back.. They really need new management training!
His cursing at me is unprofessional. ( I then cuss at him back)…
I make a phone call and ask for corporate and corporate only call me back to talk about this…
And they wouldn’t give us a receipt.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru before driving off due to the fact that they kept running peoples orders that were behind me and I haven’t even made it to the window keep in mind I only had a shake… I’ve gave this place multiple try’s and it just is the absolute worse everytime.

We came here the other day at 10 in the morning, there was only one car in the drive thru and we stopped at a stall and immediately after pushing the button someone told us that they won’t take our order because they’re understaffed in a very rude tone.

Took my kids to this sonic after camping sunday morning (June 30th 2024) ordered 3 meals, spent 36$ did not receive half of my order. I pulled up, got out an explained to the 2 workers that I did not receive my chicken sandwhich meal. The rude 'so called manager' came out and told me that he remembered making it. I said 'ok well it did not get put in my bag'. I sat out there for 5 more mins just to have him send out the other employee to inform me that 'he will NOT be making me another sandwhich and I could go else where.' So I gave my meal to my child since his was the one we were waiting on and left. I have contacted corprate and will be receiving my money back! Who ever hired this guy should be fired as well. Will not be going back!

Went in there an sat for 40 mins for 2 limeades an 2 small ice creams watched a lady walk up to the window 25 mins after we had ordered an got 2 ice creams made an handed out window to her continued to sit there another 15 mins watch 4 more people after us get their stuff finally just said I'm not waiting anymore.
