Taco Bell is a kiosk-only restaurant with long wait times. The food preparation was not up to par, and the dining area was messy, possibly due to renovations. The self-order kiosk was user-friendly, and the food was ready quickly with accurate orders. However, one customer found the Chicken Quesadilla too spicy. Despite ample parking, the drive-thru lane was too narrow for larger vehicles. Unfortunately, there was a lack of customer service at the register, leading to customers being directed to use the kiosk or wait.
