This is the second (and last) time I’ve had issues with your delivery service. My food was delivered 2 hours later. When I called the restaurant, I was told to contact DoorDash. However, I did not place my order through the DoorDash app—I placed it directly on the Mellow Mushroom website.

If you choose to outsource delivery to DoorDash, that is an internal arrangement and should not become the customer’s problem. I placed my order with Mellow Mushroom and you should be responsible for it. Own it !!!

Ordered two small pizzas over phone today , took them 45 minutes to make it, and it’s still raw 🤮 On the top of it, upon my arrival a girl lied to me that pizzas were cooking and I needed to wait “maybe ten minutes”. And after 25 minutes I’ve got raw pizza. Nice.

Our pizza came out missing 2 ingredients and completely undercooked. It wasn’t fit to eat. Server was extremely attentive, her kitchen was not helping her efforts. She took it back and it still was cold and uneatable. We have eaten here many times, this Saturday was a big disappointment. The cooks clearly did not care, as they were not that busy.

Open atmosphere dining, sort of loud inside. Lots of kids, kid friendly environment. There is a bar section for adults which look comforting. The meatballs were hand rolled, yay. The cheese bread went great with the meatballs! Both are appetizers, but was more than filling enough to be a meal. The sweet tea is chilled and tasted so good I took 3 glasses!
