Our server disappeared for close to 30 minutes...I think one of our items didn't make it on the order cause my wife's pizza was blistering hot with too many pepperonis...literally 4 slices stacked on top of each other in places ...Never separated....then my pizza was just above room temperature
My wife and I come from the service industry and we will always rate our dinner experience with our service included .....I can understand kitchen backed up or mistakes happening......but disappearing for 30 minutes....Get out ....Literally Nicole get out of service
I believe the food had potential to be very good
but waitress and/or kitchen hindered that it was also Saturday beginning of dinner rush

So we came in yesterday for dinner and james was our guy we had 7 people and two birthday boys and he was on top of everything and was awesome definitely coming back cause of him

My husband, kids, and I LOVED the atmosphere. Long wait. Amazing waitress. LOVED the loaded queso. Pizza was good, but not phenomenal.

I brought my group there on Tuesday night Great food good atmosphere although the waitress was a little overwhelmed I felt bad for her but she kept her composure for the most part. Kinda our fault for a last minute thing but they don’t take reservations.

I have been to a few mellow mushrooms in different cities over the years, this one is by far the best. Very clean and well maintained. Our server was great, he was very personable, had great recommendations and was really good with our kids. The mushroom pizza was thr best I have had from any mellow mushroom. Exceeded all my expectations.

Absolutely loved my experience at Mellow Mushroom! The atmosphere was spot-on, with great lighting that made it feel cozy and inviting. The pizza itself came out hot and quick, and it was surprisingly good for the price, which was comparable to other places around. The crust really stood out—thick, flavorful, and perfectly crunchy. I have severe dairy, wheat, and oat allergy they have the most amazing Mighty meat pizza that meets all of my allergy needs. I highly recommend them!
