St. Louis Bread Co.

The lady who took our order made us feel like she was doing us a favor. The Garbage area was overflowing and plates piled up for over an hour and it wasn't busy. Coffee was cold and only offered bitter, dark roast, and cold hazelnut. No light or medium and no offer to make any for our party of 10. My cheesesteak sandwich had about 1/8 oz of meat, it was awful.
The pecan twist was at least 2 days old. Too bad, Paneras used to be the place of choice, always good. Now its the place to avoid. Our group spent about $150 andcwere very disappointed.

A little chilly. Food was pretty good, but expensive. I got a Caesar salad. It wasn't the best Caesar salad. But it was good enough. Service was great though.

Why is it that when you come to the “Bread Co” that they are always out of bread? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come to Panera to find out they they are out of the main product that they sell. I understand that bread has a limited shelf life but it also has a ridiculous markup. So, make more than you’ll think you need and donate what is left over

All I'm gonna say is I was in the food and beverage business my whole life,loved it made a lot of money!! This girl we encountered at checkout and taking of the order,never needs to be in this line of work!! If you were my employee,and I saw her acting like she did,she'd be gone!! It's not hard,to be kind!! Actually it's super easy!

Great place to eat

I order from here almost everyday and today was just seriously terrible.. my sandwich had old avocado in it. You clearly see it before making it and how could someone be okay with still doing that? Absolutely not ok. I hope management sees this and reaches out for a solution.

Customer service was wonderful

It's really Panera bread! So we thought it was a new company! Was just ok, was looking for homemade soup. We were in a road trip so we probably won't be back or anything to write about or tell anyone. 😔

The crew and the manager, they are rude and the place is not clean. They need to put someone to clean the floor and clean the tables and the bathroom are filthy.

All Panera locations have been in decline over the years but this location’s standards are particularly bad. This photo is exactly what we found when we opened a sandwich: some wilted lettuce, clumps of cheese, and sauce poured over one edge. Tossed this and another that were just bad.

We keep saying let’s try Panera again, because we want it to be good. But they are all about reducing quality to hit a price point.
