Ridiculously slow, unorganized and the older gal at the front is rude.. rough start at 8am

Worst food ever, definitely not worth it. My husband and I both got the same thing the French dip sandwich with a soup. I’ve had this recently at my local Panera and it was fantastic, this place though was awful the auju broth had a very strong tomato soup taste as if they used the same spoon or something to scoop it with, the meat was super fatty and chewy and to top it off the chicken soup was all broth zero noodles but lots of carrots and pieces of plastic 😁 would not recommend wasting your money here

They are the best Panera I’ve been to. Always very quick service

The lady who took our order made us feel like she was doing us a favor. The Garbage area was overflowing and plates piled up for over an hour and it wasn't busy. Coffee was cold and only offered bitter, dark roast, and cold hazelnut. No light or medium and no offer to make any for our party of 10. My cheesesteak sandwich had about 1/8 oz of meat, it was awful.
The pecan twist was at least 2 days old. Too bad, Paneras used to be the place of choice, always good. Now its the place to avoid. Our group spent about $150 andcwere very disappointed.

A little chilly. Food was pretty good, but expensive. I got a Caesar salad. It wasn't the best Caesar salad. But it was good enough. Service was great though.

Why is it that when you come to the “Bread Co” that they are always out of bread? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come to Panera to find out they they are out of the main product that they sell. I understand that bread has a limited shelf life but it also has a ridiculous markup. So, make more than you’ll think you need and donate what is left over

All I'm gonna say is I was in the food and beverage business my whole life,loved it made a lot of money!! This girl we encountered at checkout and taking of the order,never needs to be in this line of work!! If you were my employee,and I saw her acting like she did,she'd be gone!! It's not hard,to be kind!! Actually it's super easy!

Great place to eat

I order from here almost everyday and today was just seriously terrible.. my sandwich had old avocado in it. You clearly see it before making it and how could someone be okay with still doing that? Absolutely not ok. I hope management sees this and reaches out for a solution.
