Not only was my food wrong, it was cold!! My daughter and I stopped by for my order supposed to be ready 1:44 we arrive 1:40 and wait. 2:05 I go to ask about my order and it’s over behind the counter just sitting there. Some dude who works there points and says it’s probably over there were at shift change and short staffed. So I had to walk behind the counter to grab my food. I get to my daughters appt 10 mins late due to bread co I open. It up and ordered no red onion on my sandwich. Not only was their red onion it was loaded with it and the bread was soggy and cold. My 1/3 salad was soggy and it’s only across the street from her appt. I look at my email and the food was ready at 1:43 but I didn’t get it til 2:05. Sitting waiting the entire time.

Don't ever try to order anything for catering, you won't be able to get anyone to answer the phone. Tried for two hours one evening then for an hour the very next morning. Ended up having to drive there to even get to talk to anyone and I didn't call during "busy" hours. Very bit let down since I use Panera a lot for catering..making me rethink if I can't get ahold of them.

Nothing like waiting for 15 minutes because people think the ordering kiosks are in their own private kitchen.

This bread company is very worth the money sandwiches are good
We waited an hour to get our sandwich and our pick two meal. The order was all correct, but we had ordered and paid ahead on the app with no idea of what was to come. We had our dog with us too, so one of us had to sit outside for an hour while the other sat inside. To top it all off, we couldn't even sip on our drink while we were waiting, there were no cups available to grab like most Bread Co's. We didn't get the drink until after we got our food and had to wait extra in order to specifically ask for it. Terrible experience, we wouldn't have waited for our food if we hadn't already paid for it.

I ordered a Frozen chocolate cold brew. The drink was pure liquid it didn't look or feel like they had blended any ice into it at all, all of the chocolate that was supposed to be mixed into the drink when it's blended was sitting in a thick pool at the bottom of the cup just completely separated from the rest of the drink. The whipped cream was just a tiny dot that looked like they ran out as soon as they started putting it on the drink and just said screw it he's only getting a tiny dot. I paid almost $6 for this drink and it was a complete waste of money.

I go to St Louis Bread (aka Panera) a lot but this was the first time in this restaurant. We stopped in for a quick dinner. I don't know why this specific store was a mess. The bathroom was filthy. The food pickup area and drink areas looked like they had not been wiped down in quite some time. I would understand some of it if they were busy but no one was eating at the tables and the bake case was full at 7:45 at night (very unusual for a Saturday. The food was so-so. The Mac & Cheese was edible but really soupy. The other food was good and the service was fast. This location needs a deep cleaning and a re-look at the recipes.
