It should probably be posted that you aren't open for the WINTER and have the times adjusted online so that people don't drive a bunch to this location for it to just be closed.

I haven't tried this place but heard a lot of good reviews on it.Just be aware of the hours, and I would suggest calling them before making a trip there. I went there on Monday @12ish ,they were closed and according to their hours, they open from 11am -3pm Mon-Fri.

Drove 20 min to get a dog here only for them to be closed for the winter.... it's May. You could at least update your hours on Google and your website.

Had lunch on the go. It was mediocre. I was starving and in a rush. Salad was nothing more than iceberg lettuce with red onions on top. If you're in a rush yes if not nope.

Good hot dogs. But heed the “catering” part I guess, as the last 3-4 times I have stopped in during normal lunch hours (1 pm on a Tuesday for instance) it has been closed. Even as the website will take orders and google maps shows as “open”.Lesson learned to not go without phoning ahead to confirm they are actually open.

I have to say this was the worst hot dog that I have ever eaten. The hot dog was dark brown and dried out. I asked if it was a brat that I had received by mistake. I was told they get that way when they sit on the steamer too long, and then they have to cook it on the grill. The tasteless hot dog was very small and got lost in the dried out French Bread bun it was served on. I won't be back. If you want a delicious Chicago style hot dog, head about a mile north to 141 and Olive to the Classic Hot Dog restaurant in the Forum Center.

Love mom and pop spots but do not recommend this place. The hot dog looked like it had sat in a gas station roller for days. The bun was legitimately crunchy and fell apart cascading all the toppings off the plate. The polish sausage was okay but to my surprise this bun was soaking wet??? They forgot my side as well. And on top of all this the cook killed some sort of bug or rodent running by the counter.

Since our move to Chesterfield we've eaten here. The couple that always served us made the experience that more fun. My kids & their friends went there because they knew our names & the service & even gave me a nick-name that was used way too much. ? But always, no some times, but always the food was great! Always fresh, always tasty & the prices are fine, a nice reasonable lunch. You won't be sorry, hot dogs, sandwiches, gyros they got it all...And oh, they rent out carts. Something we plan to do this fall.

We contracted with Classic Red Hots to cater our carnival-themed wedding. Set up hot dogs and nachos and a server. They completely ghosted us on our wedding day. Straight up no-showed. We had to order pizza to feed people.

new owners, quite a few changes noticed on 1st visit. New Bun - not good New Hot Dogs - Not vienna as displayed in store Overall I cant blame a new owner for trying to get as much out of each order as possible but when you compromise the quality of the food to the degree in which they did, you have to ask yourself if it was worth it. For me, the consumer, it was not. I used to be a daily customer. Now I will not be returning.

Starting with the customer service, super friendly. The hotdog was perfect and so was the classic gyro. The owners have great personalities which made the experience that much better. Will be back to try more food from the menu.
