The absolute worst customer service I've had. When I called to ask where my food was (hour and after I placed it) I also asked about the free delivery code on the website because I didn't work when I put it in. I was told by the Manager that she just works at the store and doesn't run the website. I've been eating at this location for many years. I'll never go back.
I had a bad experience with a coupon I wanted to use 1st talk to the employee who told me I could get 2 8 inch sandwiches free for my trouble and he even put it IN WRITING for the other employees,, but when I went back they did not honor it.. I talked to the manager ,the general manager , and then the owner Maggie Rothe and I received no help whatsoever.
