This store NEVER has online orders ready. Went into today at 1:30. (Not crowed) My order for one sandwich was not complete. The employee pretty much freaked out when I said I was waiting for an online order and said “oh my goes, we had a big one come in it’s not You!!!” O.k. It’a a sandwich shop. Shouldn’t You have orders??
Another employee said “it’s right here!” As she proceeded to freak out. Went to pay. Online app never processes My payment?? Again…why?...

The customer service provided by the two young men who made sandwiches for us today was impressive. I've become so callused to poor service in fast food restaurants, but this visit blew me away. The employees at Goodcents have restored my hope that one doesn't have to settle for poor service.
They were kind, attentive, proficient, and demonstrated gratitude. A truly great experience not seen anywhere else in St Louis for years!

Can't do better on the food. Best, soft bread around!!! However, why must I download the app just to get the rewards? And why hasn't anyone called me to discuss it again. Great sandwiches, fresh ingredients that look fresh!
