“I figured the food would be good, based on others talking about it. But it was still even better than I expected! I got the cabana bowl, and a guava cheesecake empanada. the chicken was soo moist and flavorful, and the cilantro garlic sauce was perfect! The empanada dough was the perfect texture of not too soft, not too crunchy. And the cheesecake filling was so unique! it wasn't super sweet, and paired so well with the guava filling. On top of the food being so good, the owner is soo nice.”

“As an out of towner, passing through, I stopped by for a few drinks to cap off the night. Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Definitely has that smalltown charm. Jacquelyn(?) was tending bar - Forgive me if I've gotten it wrong. It's been a little over a week, and the drinks were good, and the trip was long. Attentive and engaging, she is top-notch!Will definitely stop back for one more. If ever I find myself in the area again. Let's hope it's before the next eclipse.”

“I love the Beef & Cheddar sandwiches! I was there this morning & the girl that made the sandwich did a terrible job & had a BAD attitude !! She told the gentleman that she didn't know what was wrong so he needs to fix it ! I told her that it is hard & dry !! The gentleman redid the sandwich & it was GREAT !! He didn't slice it thick !! Thank you sir for your kindness & someone needs to TRAIN the girl on slicing & manners !”

“Everybody needs help sometimes. This is one of those places that you come to when you need help and everyone there is very kind very sweet. They all have very big smiles on their face and they're happy to be there. They enjoy what they do to help others. It can be hard to ask for help sometimes, and feeling the kindness you feel from the volunteers is very uplifting.”

Kid-friendliness: They have a nice little spot in their little cut off area where kids can color pictures. It’s very neat. The pictures get put up on the windows of the room as well. Think that’s very neat.”
