Stopped in for a chamber meeting, ordered the worker’s favorite drink, and it was delicious! The food looks awesome. I will definitely try that next time.
Was in Troy for a girl's day out and this was the perfect spot for lunch.
Food was really tasty. Had multiple sandwiches to choose from, made using their homemade sourdough bread. The lemonade hit the spot and the mocha frappe - let's just say I'm sorry I didn't order the large - absolutely incredible!
I will have to make a point to head out there again soon!
Love love the staff and food here! They’re so friendly and kind. Their food is mostly local sourced and fresh with cleaner ingredients and it is m is made when ordered! If using the drive through please ask to tip them…they deserve it!! 🫶🏻

Bricklayer Bakery in Troy is a delightful small business, open Wednesday to Saturday. Their spring sandwich and muffulino, an Italian sub, are highly recommended for their fresh ingredients. The Fall Turkey sandwich is particularly popular. The service is excellent, and the chocolate chip cookies are not to be missed. The bakery is known for its welcoming atmosphere, including for black women who may appreciate the inclusive treatment they receive here.
