Every time I go here it's always fast, the food is always hot, they make my orders right with any modifications, and I get everything I order. One of the rare places I can actually get my order through the drive thru and not have to pull aside to check it before I leave. And if they don't have something I ordered through the app, they are more than willing to accommodate with something else or refund the money. Never any problems. Troy MO Arby's got it right!

August 30th, 2024 -Troy MO Got in line for drive thru... And waited... Absolutely no movement. People were coming out of the restaurant. One lady was yelling and cursing about no service and something about the manager That's when I knew it was bad. People were inching up in the drive thru lane to try to let folks that had parked in the parking lot get out of the parking lot and leave. Finally I had enough space to get out of the drive-thru line and exit the parking lot. I don't know what was going on at this particular establishment but I do know that whatever it was it was truly bad. They were not the only ones. I went to Jack in The box, who let you get into the drive-thru line, only to read that the drive-thru line was down. Instead of putting a sign out front. I went to Slim Chickens, and their line was out of control. Same at SubWay. If I had to guess, I would say that there was a lack of working bodies in these establishments and they couldn't keep up with the demand on a Friday night at dinner time. I went home and had a cheese sandwich and counted my blessings that I was out of the mess that was in Troy Missouri that evening

Staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Food is always hot and the dining room is clean. We go out of our way to come to this one verses the one in our town.

Yesterday evening we ordered the hamburgers and I told them we'll done we got home and they was all red in the middle we threw them away mozzarella sticks was good but not hamburgers
$2.09 for a single roast beef slider? These things are tiny. Shrinkflation has really his this chain apparently. The food is good, the service is good but the pricing is getting to be on par with higher end places now. A family of four definitely cannot eat here cheaply as was the case just a few years ago. I personally do not like there rostbeef but there other sandwiches are good. We never eat inside always carry out
First of all they got my order wrong. I wanted the brown sugar bacon sandwich and they gave me the turkey bacon ranch. It had two tiny tomato slices and one ring of onion, and it was only half way cut. For the price I paid this is not acceptable!
I just ordered a gyro through Door Dash. The Pita was rock hard. Inedible.
