So this place is a hidden gem in a small-ish town right along HWY 61. The food is (to me) KC style BBQ with all of the right sides. You can't find this quality of BBQ for miles.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 for service is that at times, they are overwhelmed, and checking out can take some time. Problematic if you're on a timed lunch. However, these folks are great and the in seat service is amazing.

Maybe 5 other people when we arrived. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. It was probably close to another 30 minutes to get our food. Instead of other customers being taken to a table, they were allowed to order at the counter and pay. Stood in line 15 minutes just to pay. I feel like they need more staffing and probably better training.

There is a nice tap beer selection. I had the BBQ bowl. It is technically an appetizer, but it was so large that I had leftovers, which was delicious later also.

Love this place! The food is amazing, the atmosphere and people who work there are fun and polite. Our family gladly drives 30 minutes to get the mac n cheese and pork steaks! The nachos are delicious. Portions are more then generous and prices are more then reasonable! We cannot say enough about how great this place is!

I ordered the STL style ribs. They were nice and meaty but I didn't care for the dry rub on them. I liked the slaw and baked beans.

Great local spot to grab a beer and have some BBQ. I had the loaded potato, too much too eat for one, but we delicious! The hubby always gets the ribs. Everything was yummy. People are down to earth and personable. Cool atmosphere.
