I've only been here 2 times first time we carried out our food it was excellent even prepared just the way I ordered it bc I'm very picky and don't like alot of things. The 2nd time we dined in and once again the food did not disappoint the atmosphere was good and the service was outstanding very friendly outgoing and attentive was our waitress and the whole staff as well. Highly recommend this place for any occasion or just because.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service by the "Manager/Owner, Manager/Owner, Manager/Owner" as he called himself. Due to disrespectful HORRIBLE attitude, we never even got close to resolving the issue that I was simply bringing to their attention. I ordered 3 separate orders (1 beef and 2 chicken), each with 3 enchiladas, and they all had queso on top. Each order comes with rice and beans on the side. Pretty simple to go order, which costs over $55. We got home with our order and passed out our "plates." My dad had the beef enchiladas, and my daughter and I had the chicken enchiladas. My daughter said "wait I have 1 beef and 2 chicken." I then looked at mine and noticed I had 2 beef and 1 chicken. My dad then says "well I have 1 beef and 2 chicken." If my math is correct, that's 4 beef in total and 5 chicken. Regardless of how we ordered it (all chicken in 2 of them and all beef in 1 of them), which was some how messed up, the "Manager/Owner, Manager/Owner, Manager/Owner" thought he understood the mistake but could not have understood because i had yet to explain it fully before he told me to "calm down" and cut me off. He explained that he was irritated from a separate incident and went on to explain to me what he thought the issue was. After explaining what we originally ordered, he paused and said, "So what's the problem?" Considering he just gave 'the floor' back to me, I said,"I was not even upset at this situation until you got on the phone. You would understand the problem had you let me begin explaining the problem to you instead of cutting me off and telling me to calm down when I wasn't even upset." He then began telling that he thought we got the correct amount of beef and chicken enchiladas. I believe he was trying to justify how they somehow got put in the wrong containers. However, because he was already frustrated at something else, he failed to understand that there were 4 beef and 5 chicken. Which means the orders were simply not correct, it was not a matter of plating the food wrong it was a matter of the wrong items being made or the order was just rang up wrong (which I think is actually what happened). Regardless the young lady who took the order answered the complaint call to begin with and handled the situation so much better then the "Manager/Owner, Manager/Owner, Manager/Owner" could have ever handled it. That man should not be allowed to speak on the phone, ever, let alone handle a complaint call. He was very arrogant and automatically thought he was correct before ever even hearing the problem. My intention, as a person who has worked in kitchens my whole life, was simply to let someone know so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I didn't even ask for a refund, remake order, nothing... but because of this man's inability to take productive criticism I told him I was finished with the conversation and he could handle it however he wanted on his end because I can not speak to incompetent arrogant people like himself. He was basically yelling on the phone before I kindly disconnected the call. Now, I will be calling my bank and exploring my options to stop the payment on this transaction as we went to Sammy's restaurant to get more food. I left the Chihuahua's on the curb where it belongs. They are more than welcome to contact me for my address so they can come pick up the order they could not seem to get right for whatever reason. You could not pay me enough to go back to his establishment and it has nothing to do with the misunderstanding regarding the food, It has EVERYTHING to do with how this young man handled himself during that HORRIBLE phone call. I suggest any co-owners or partners to seriously remove this man from any and all FOH obligations, especially phone calls, if he can't handle himself any better than the way he did this evening.

Terrible service! Waited over an hour for a to go order I called in. Owner refused to give me back my money, then presented the food. Shame on you! I will not be back. I hear you are going to have some competition which is well needed! Allowing Door Dash parking in fire lane of the business. Dangerous!

The food was good. The service wasn't horrible, but we had to keep asking for refills, chips etc. I asked for a side of cheese and I received a ramekin, for $2.Vegetarian options: They have a variety of vegetarian options

Food is decent for mid-Missouri standards. We've been forgotten about on a few occasions so the service has been spotty. Prices are on the higher side for the quality. Found out tonight that they allow smoking. Someone should tell this place and its smokers that it's 2024. Our friends frequently come here due to proximity so we meet them and have a good time, but no thanks to the establishment.Kid-friendliness: No place that allows smoking is kid-friendly
