I have tried to give this Dairy Queen, about 15 to 20 different tribes and every single time. They tell me to pull around for just a chicken strip basket. So I pull around and I wait between fifteen and twenty minutes and then I have to go inside and then they pull my order out

A little dated, but they keep it clean for the most part. Need to stay on top of tables ready to go and wiped down. Teenagers work here for the summer and it seems like they are having fun. Happy employees make for a fun atmosphere and who doesn’t want to have fun at DQ? : )
Last several online orders have been incorrect. It’s more of a hassle than it’s worth to try to get a refund or get the order fixed so it’s just money down the drain. They need to pay more attention.

The cashier was rude. Also, when asking if our order was ready, the worker said no, then we get a melted blizzard with a lid on it.

Love this dairy queen ... helpful staff .. clean work space... good at moving traffic, so you don't have to wait in the drive thru forever ... Great shakes Great ice cream ausome cakes , yummy burgers!! The choices are endless!! Download the app you get free stuff all the time... love the French Silk add cheesecake bites.... sooo good!!!

Very disappointed ordered a cake spent close to $50 and its wrong. I said neon bright colors its not neon said only decorate the boarder and its all over the Happy Birthday is written in a dark color. Go to Bryan Rd DQ youll never be disappointed! Never again will i order a cake through Troy.

Food was fresh and good .. it was a Very clean and well kept store
Came up today during a Sacred Heart fundraiser and my 3 year old was told to be quiet from a cashier because he was excited for ice cream. Good luck talking to people's kids like that and expecting business that's driven off of kids wanting ice cream.

The ice cream was delicious The cheeseburger was like shoe leather So I threw those away And I bought two new cheeseburgers They cook those two cheeseburgers too much also And they tasted like shoe leather in cardboard I complained to the lady at the counter And she says that standard cooking practice all burgers are cooked just like the ones I got
I advise everybody not to buy food from that place But the ice cream was delicious

Many things were not on the menu board. Very confusing when you are ordering
Manager was obviously only concerned with her conversation with one of the local regulars. Had no concern for the questions we had about promotional items. Despite us being new local customers, we will not become regulars.
