Every time we come here around 11:30-12 they never have any gravy. Lose my service right off the bat. Everybody knows with a chicken strip basket with the bread you have to have gravy. This is third time in last two months I’ve been here for lunch and pull right out as soon they tell me they don’t have no gravy. Do your job that’s why you lose service.

When you ask for onion on your burger and the person making it puts the outside tough rine (full inch wide) on it, and you bring it to the managers attention. She's all of maybe 18, and says what's wrong with it? Wish I'd taken a picture.

Orders a chicken strip basket got home and no gravy again might have to find another place to get chicken strip basket I called them and they took my name down for replacement gravy that is not right

Cayden completely ignored me and asked people behind me who was next. I said my name and I was picking up my mobile order. He seems way too immature to handle the job. Would be better in back. I’ve always given great reviews and have loved the service here. This was a shocking experience.

Dairy Queen chicken strip baskets with the gravy are my all time fast food meal so I'm a little biased. Every time I've gotten hit here, the food is perfect. Fries crispy but not tooth cracking hard. Toast is toasted perfect and drenched in butter. Gravy isn't too thick or too watery. The one, tiny complain I would have if any is that the app doesn't allow you to add a second gravy to your meal. You can add a 2nd ranch or queso sauce and that's it. but I didn't think that was enough to lower the 5 star!

Ordered two chicken strip baskets and when we got home this is what the gravy looked like, so i called them and spoke to the manager and all she said was that theyve been having issues with their gravy machine and cant make anymore but if i come back a different day theyll give me new gravy. Wont be going back to this
