When I visited the restaurant, an employee with a nametag that said “Jordan,” was harassing me. I simply wanted to order a hotdog and lightheartedly said that I’d like 2 glizzys with mustard since my son explained what that is. He rudely replied, “ Wanna see my glizzy with mustard?” While I know “glizzy”, usually means hot dog, my son also said it can refer to a male phallus. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant in all my life. I will never return to this location.

I had a small order and was told to drive around and someone would bring my order to me. I did as was told and everyone in other cars around me were taken care of. After a 10 minute wait, I contacted an employee that was outside to check on my order. She agreed but never came back. I decided to go through the driveup again and ask about my order. I told them my order number and the gal brought me my order which was incorrect. Because of the lack of care, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Clean and fast
The single original cheeseburger is just like a patty with cheese and ketchup and a pickle or two and isn't very tasty. The freeze slushy things are very very sweet and taste like pure sugar water 💦
The place itself is great!

Seems like there are a ton of employees working but only one register open for orders or in my case mobile pickup. Therefore you still have to wait in line to get your mobile order. Food ia normally good with the exception of sometimes the fries are not cooked all the way. Ranch cups usually have ranch all over them also.

I just wanna give a shout out to the young gentleman who was working yesterday. I believe it was sometime in the afternoon close to evening almost. I do not know their name, but they had a tray full of desserts that they were given out for free. I’m guessing due to an order issue. The worker went to a table. I don’t know if it was younger adults or maybe highschoolers and he gave everybody the choice to choose a dessert. One of the gentlemen is like can I take another one too and just didn’t seem rude, but was kind of out there a bit kept staring at me a few times not sure what all he was saying when he was talking to A girl he was there with I’m not sure what he was saying, but he kept looking at me like he wanted to laugh or say something not sure what the intentions were but Anyways, back to the worker, he said no sorry I’m gonna see if anybody else would like a free dessert as well and came to our table and gave it to my kiddo. Shout out to the young man working there for doing that and thinking of others which younger people sometimes don’t do anymore or acknowledge courtesy to other people and we just live in a greedy time right now so that was pretty cool. The worker was tall, at least taller than me. Skinny guy didn’t catch his name or hair color, but thank you.

Manager Payton told dashers that she had to see their customers address to ensure the dashers weren’t trying to still the orders. Dashers cannot give out their customers address. This was after the dashers had been picking up orders all evening. She would g allow the dashers the food. She was quite rude to presume dashers would steal. It could’ve been handled much differently. The dashers did offer to show them pickup confirmation once they took a picture of the order but not the address. She finally let them have the food.

We WILL NOT go back to DQ after they gave us cold french fries. My husband returned them for fresh ones, he then saw the server take our old fries and put them in a bag for a drive through customer. YUCK!!

Floors need to be cleaned better. Floor has s film over it making it very slippery and even noticed employees slipping on it.

Ordered a large blizzard with extra brownie pieces and pecans. Not one brownie piece or pecan in the entire Blizzard.

The staff are very professional and with a smile that show they are treated well. The toilets are clean, but floors look grimy and dark. Overall, food is great tasting, where it is supposed to be hot or cold, they delivered
