Troy, Mo Dennys was our final stop on a work vacation, with no heads up, we arrived... 13 individuals with special needs and 7 staff. DaSHARA greeted us with a smile and a great attitude! She pushed some tables together and had us seated in no time! She was kind and patient with our individuals and provided EXCELLENT customer service. The food was fast and delicious so a shout out is deserved for the cook staff as well! The manager on duty was positive and courteous. Overall an excellent experience! If you're planning a stop in Troy, ask for DaShara ...she will keep a smile on your face!!

Waitress was great. Just walking in the place seems a bit dirty. Food has gone wayyyy down hill from the last time we were there. Food was all over cooked. Everything on the menu is extremely over priced. $62 for 2 adults and a toddler to eat. We went out to dinner at a local restaurant, had an appetizer, and had left overs for $20 less. Won’t be back. Unfortunately you can get a better meal from McDonald’s or Hardee’s for way less.

Food was really good and pretty fast considering how busy it was...our waitress D'Shaundra was awesome and super friendly. The restaurant was clean and well stuffed. Highly recommend.

No choice between sausage patties or links and the links very small. A .50 up charge on each meal that had eggs in it for egg plate surcharge which wasn’t told to us but when asked she said it was posted all around even a sign on the door as you walk in. The sign was very small & among other signs and who would have notice as the words were smudged. Eggs recently have gone down, why still charge this. Also alacart one egg is 3.19.. wow!

This was the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant, or any place to eat for that matter. Our food was served with no silverware, a different customer at a separate table got up to find our waitress for silverware just so we could eat. We get our silverware and there’s not even a half assed apology that comes with it. My steak was cold before I could finish it, couldn’t even bring it to someone’s attention because our waitress never checked in. Went to the front desk to even get a receipt before paying. The bathrooms are disgusting and falling apart. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, even for Denny’s. Do better.

Place is a dump! Worst Dennys i have ever been to and i used to drive truck... I have been to alot of em... You know what though? I go to this one every week even though it is a dump because of the best waitress i have ever had... Go... Ask for Ashley Young... Great service... Really nice...

I ordered thru door dash last week, i seriously had 5 / 1” pieces of tough steak on my pot roast sandwich. It looked like 2 pieces of bread with nothing at all as I looked at it. I decided to try again and my crepes are amazing but plain chips with no toppings at all for nachos!! Zilch nothing and I can never reach anyone and unable to drive due to medical, otherwise I would have went in. I’m so disappointed. All these are normally extrodinary.
