I am giving 3 stars for lack of consistency. One time it can be awful than a month later can be fantastic. I think most of the issues could be fixed with some care in building the pizza. Probably lack of training. But then again could be in management styles. The franchise owner needs to address this store. It is obvious they need to be more hands on.

I love Dominos. I’ve been going to Dominos since I was a kid and even though that I’m older, you know it seems people are losing the respect of the businesses when they’re working because when you get hired into a place, they let you know obviously, it’s smoking or no smoking. Well, I’m pretty sure Dominos is a non-smoking facility where you cannot smoke inside or vape and sadly I go into Dominos to pick up my order and here is A worker vaping inside of Dominos by the food so the vape is she’s smoking by where they’re bringing out the pizzas out of the oven at the end there blowing all the vape smoke all in the air, which is a you know health code violation I’ve been trying to get a hold of corporate but lo and behold. I don’t even think she gave me the corporate number because I get some recording saying that the mailbox is already full and she stumbles like she doesn’t understand her nose what she’s supposed to be saying or doing for the call on complaints

This once iconic theme and complete customer nostalgia has now yet become a part of the social norm! Things that were important ,friendliness, quality of service, and an overall enjoyment for the customer experience! Has now become mid-level mid-tier unexceptionable pizza delivery! Without quality control, which should be the last line of defense, This once Pizza legend is in serious trouble! The hope is that corporate starts to look into operations before profit margins start to dip very rapidly!

Placed order online and was ready in 8 minutes. The pizza was not cut through and the crust was so tough. I can barely cut it myself. The pizza looked as if it was several hours old and not good at all.

The only bad thing I can say about them is how they want to charge u so much for dipping sauces and they don't even give you the free one for your bread sticks. Thank God most of the time the people are nice enough they just give u free one for the bread :) other than that the foods always hot , delicious and great prices.
