Wonderful Customer Service by Mr. DAVID at the drive thru in Troy. As we drove off forgot our other bag of food. We look back and Mr. David was kind enough to run our bag to us. Food was great and so was the service!!! Thank you for your kindness. Hardee's Mr. David is a great employee. I too own a local business in Troy and customer service is #1 to a successful business and happy customers. So that being said...Have a blessed night.

I want to give a shout out to Rochelle! From my two experiences, Hardees needs more employees like her. Went to the drive-through last week and she took the time to offer me a better way to order my food I was requesting to save a little bit of money. She was patient during that experience. Just left there today and she did a fantastic job, as well. Both times, the service was prompt, the food was made to order and was delicious! With the decline of industry service workers, Rochelle is a diamond in the rough! Thank you.

Normally, I like coming here, but I don't think I will anymore. The guy running the drive thru was David, and he was very rude and unprofessional. He had a very dismissive tone, and we could tell that he did not want to be there. He spoke very rudely to us, and didn't bag our food very well. He literally just dumped our fries into the bag. We asked for sauce, and he gave us an attitude, just threw it in the bag. When we ate our food, it tasted VERY bland, had no flavor. We are not coming back at all, not unless some changes are made. The manager needs to do something about David and his attitude. He is driving customers like us away.

We eat here everyday just about, and the manager is so rude. When I was trying to do this survey I had to open my camera to view the QR code and she got mad at me asking me if I was taking pictures of them. Very rude very disrespectful this morning our food was incredibly cold as was it yesterday which is why I was getting on the QR code to inform somebody higher up because she's the only one here to talk to and she's incredibly rude like I suggest a secret shopper go through there in the morning for breakfast because she doesn't even have to know who it is she is so so so incredibly rude to the customers her tone is incredibly snobby and incredibly disrespectful and credibly incredibly incredibly rude I can't say it enough We don't want to go back there because of her she made my heart skip a beat when she asked me if I was taking pictures when all I was doing was scanning the QR code I don't like her I couldn't imagine anybody liking her and it's probably why Hardee's doesn't do as much business as they could do in this area she is absolutely disrespectful this is Troy Missouri location and she has got to go there's no fixing her she reminds me of Ursula from The Little mermaid she's incredibly evil and and I noticed they don't wear gloves when preparing food. I'm disgusted. We don't dine in because of her We only Go through the drive-thru and we wouldn't even do that if we didn't have to. And with all the new options in the area I don't think we're going to anymore I hope someone corrects this issue immediately contact us if you do and you'll have my family as customers again.

Kid-friendliness: The current manager there that works in the mornings is incredibly rude and a bad example. She puts a bad name on Hardee's like they say one bad cop ruins the bunch One bad Hardee's manager does the same thing You guys need to correct this as soon as possible she does not need to be working with people she needs help. And not the kind of help parties offers the kind of help a mental institution may offer.

Door dashed an order for convenience…only received half the order. Was told to “come pick it up” as if I wouldn’t have done that to not pay the service fees of having it delivered. The manager felt zero remorse and gave me nothing for my inconvenience when I did drive in.

Terrible! Stale old taco meat on the tacos, it was actually crunchy. Taco shells are old and stale. Service is always ok but the food is terrible. It's really not hard, if the food is stale or has been sitting all day, don't serve it. It is though 100% my fault because this has happened here before and I still went back so shame on me. There's a reason this place is never busy. Won't be back.

No issues with the cashiers at this location. I did have to take my son's double Frisco back in because it was a single. They were nice about it and made him a new sandwich. However when I got home I had failed to check my 2 double cheeseburgers I had ordered before leaving town. One was supposed to be plain and it had a little ketchup on it and the other one also only had 1 patty. I think the cook wasn't paying attention or didn't care. I didn't call and say anything since I live 10 miles out of town. The chicken strips were okay but looked like the oil needed changed. They were pretty dark. Thanks, have a blessed day.

Pretty standard american fast food. Nothing special. The one thing I make a trip to go there for is the bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuit. It's super yummy! The employees were so nice and helpful.

My issue isn't with this restaurant or its staff. My issue is with Hardee's rewards system. I haven't been a member very long. I had over 500 stars accumulated and I used my points only once (300). A few days ago I went into my account and it registers 0. All of my points are gone with no history of expiration. I have emailed Hardee's twice with no response. I have rewards with McDonald's, DQ, and Hardee's and never has this happened to me. My points literally disappeared. I'm very disappointed and it may weigh up on my decision to continue patronizing Hardee's establishments!
