We ordered the Jacks Party Bundle. The only thing that was good in entire order was the curly fries. The Jr Jumbo Jack (x3) were ice cold and condiments (lettuce, tomato) on burger were slimy. The Jr Chicken Sandwich had the consistency of a brick, had to gnaw at it just to get thru it (ended up throwing all 3 away due to being inedible). The tacos were ok.
Even going to St Peters and even my visits to Tulsa Oklahoma. Never had as bad as this from Jack in the Box.

The past hand full amount of times I have been here it has taken over 30 minutes to even get to order any thing. My food has been luke warm every time and I can clearly see the people standing in the back not doing anything but talking to each other. This “fast food” place is not fast by any means at all. Food is average but not at all worth the wait.

There was a gentleman working the counter and serving food around 1:30pm who honestly was the kindest man we’ve encountered in Troy all day. We are not from here and are only here for the holiday week and he went out of his way to make sure our 1 year old had his food quickly as he was very hungry while they were still making my wife’s and I’s meals. We didn’t ask him to do it, he went out of his way for us and we are very thankful for that. Food was hot and very good. Great job today!

Place is hit or miss some days it’s really good and then other days it’s the worse. Go when it’s busy and get fresh food or go when it’s slow and it’s not.
