Dietary restrictions: They have been amazing with my dairy limitations. Ive only had a wrong order once, but it was better than what I originally ordered. Mocha Carmel instead of regular Carmel.
The service was a little slower than I expect but the customer service and coffee was good.

i wish i could give them zero stars. the owners are extremely disrespectful towards employees, over work & under pay them. they will lower your pay without saying anything to you about it. they serve expired milk alternatives & have even handed out chunky milk to customers. it’s unsanitary inside, the owners are greedy & the coffee is a rip off. support other troy coffee! support businesses who care about troy!

I’ve been going to Kevlar Coffee for the past few weeks. This is truly a great way to wake up in the morning!!! Not only do the drinks make you wish you got a large, but the smiles and services are Top Notch!!! Thank you, Kevlar Coffee!!!!

Arrived today with my wife for two iced coffees. Was car number 5 in line, we waited for over 45 minutes just to get to the window & place our order & receive our drinks. Would like to say this was the first time this long wait has happened, but it seems to happen every time we come to Kevlar. This most likely will be our last time coming here.
Very good coffee and energy drinks too. I love that they are drive-thru makes it super convenient on crazy days.

Every time I get a coffee where the syrup is either not included or not mixed in completely, I start to understand why people never tipped us while I was a barista. It's not the biggest problem, but I usually just stop bothering to stop by when I'm in the area with places that have done this. I'm trying to make myself feel better after already driving 20 minutes just to not be able to donate the clothes like I needed to. Not getting what I paid for on top of it? I feel like I want my tip back at least.I've filled out an entire punch card here and never had a problem before, but that was months ago.hnu

I want to rank this place higher. A lot of times when I go the service and coffee are great. However the last three times I’ve stopped in they’re have been issues. Out of something. A machine is broke. Or whatever. Don’t think I’ll be back to be disappointed again.

Great place. For a small building like this and you order at the window I think less choices would make it faster to serve people. Needs to have an order online and pickup feature or have a drive thru intercom where you can start preparing the drinks before you arrive at window. Coffee was great and employees were awesome.
