Meal cost 11.48. Gave kid at drive up 21.50 so i could get a ten dollar bill back. He put the dollar to the side and rings in 20.50. It tell him to give back 9.02 which is right but he uses my original dollar as part of the 9.02 in change. Then i tried to explain but more schooling was needed on his part. What do u do?

Second time in a week I've went to lions choice to get my kids a cone and they wouldn't serve us. First night they claimed to have shut the machine down for cleaning. (Okay cool although they weren't closed yet I just brushed it off!) This Time they claim they just ran out of ice cream... Sorry but the store is still open so stop cutting the ice cream off short of closing time!! Pleaseeeeeee!!

Came through drive through at 8:04pm and told they were closed…. Not the first time I’ve come to this location and not true to their listed hours. A few weeks ago I came in about 40 min prior to close and they had already took away ajus sauce for the night…. The worker could’ve cared less, they were busy cleaning I up. Won’t be back, I’ll take my money elsewhere

Parking is terrible. They made my order covered in salt. Upon returning with my order, they started making. While waiting a younger skinny boy was wearing rubber gloves but kept rubbing and scratching his face and wiping his nose with his glove on. Lions choice has went way down hill scraping the bottom of the barrel for staff. Then when handed the order the guy claiming to be the manager continued to tell me they alway salt heavy because of what customers say that they always want extra salt. Do you realize that salt intake should be the customers choice. There was still so much salt but I at this point was already heading home and NOT MAKING A THIRD TRIP TO GET BACK TALK FROM THEM. NEVER AGAIN! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!

The employees working 12/29/2024 at 5am were incredibly rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
They shouldn't even get one star it is December 12th 2024 .This location constantly is breaking the law. Manager has left young teenagers underage in charge of the store all evening which happens often and is completely illegal. They don't update the menu to where when you order your items that don't even exist there anymore and they're charging you for it. Like the family size macaroni and cheese. Someone definitely needs to look into this location and corporate office will be called... No manger at all they had to call the manager when customer needed the person in charge. Illegal illegal illegal and very unsafe teenagers left by themselves for hours on end to be robbed or worse . The store should be shut down until they can get their act together and follow the law. And stop ripping people off . They charged me $7.19 for a family size macaroni and cheese that they don't even serve and then they didn't even give me anything in replace for it they just didn't give me anything at all I had to go back up to the store and that's still did not rectify the situation this location really does need to be shut down because the only people running it is teenagers and it's going to continue to have problems if only teenagers are running the store

Normally 5 stars, However... instead of receiving Au Jus in 6 cups, i got 6 empty cups. Told employees of the missing items and they said "you must have ordered just the cups"...hmm, I dont think that is even possible. The proper response should have been to just re-do the Au Jus. Poor customer service on the issue, gets them only 2 stars today. Please better train employees. Thanks.

Stopped in for my recent favorite Lion's Choice Remix. I've been eating and enjoying Lion's Choice since first trying it over 40 yrs ago out on Manchester. The sandwich was WAY OVER SALT/SPICED. After eating my sandwich fries etc. I mentioned to the counter lady and the gentleman making the sandwiches that they may want to check their spice shaker as it seems to be putting WAY TOO MUCH SPICE/SALT ON THE SANDWICHES. I was very cordial and tried to clarify that it was almost inedible..( I didn't want to complain..but couldn't bring myself to throw it away, so I covered it in BBQ sauce to eat it.) I asked nicely if they understood as they earlier gave no response. They shook their heads acknowledging my comment..no response...sad.
