1 star is for service. They messed up our order, which happens, but it’s how they handled it. If they messed up your order, do NOT call them. As the manager stated today, “we don’t pay people to answer the phones”. Didn’t apologize for messing up the order - was just rude and arrogant. He over talked me and when I told him I was done talking, he told us he was refusing service and we could take it up with the GM.

Some people might complain about the quality. Is it the greatest pizza ever? No. But it’s priced right so if your money is tight and you still want a pie, Little Ceaser’s is a godsend.

Ordered two pizzas, a extra pepp and the pretzel crust. Instead got a random pizza and bread sticks. No one wants to answer the phone and i cant go up there. Just annoying.
My husband likes the jalapeño cheese bread with pepperoni added. We have never had a problem getting this done- until today. The manager refused to accommodate my husband because the “system wouldn’t allow it” despite the fact that we’ve done this at this location multiple times with no issue. This will be the last time for a long time we will be going to this establishment.

Everything ordered was burnt, not to mention our entire family of 4 got super sick to our stomachs after eating & continued on to the next day .. not sure if it's food poisoning or what but we've never experienced being sick like this after eating anything.....

WAY TOO MUCH SALT ON THE PRETZEL PIZZA. It’s supposed to be a few grains on each crust, not the entire pizza covered with a bunch of rock salt
