My husband likes the jalapeño cheese bread with pepperoni added. We have never had a problem getting this done- until today. The manager refused to accommodate my husband because the “system wouldn’t allow it” despite the fact that we’ve done this at this location multiple times with no issue. This will be the last time for a long time we will be going to this establishment.

Everything ordered was burnt, not to mention our entire family of 4 got super sick to our stomachs after eating & continued on to the next day .. not sure if it's food poisoning or what but we've never experienced being sick like this after eating anything.....

WAY TOO MUCH SALT ON THE PRETZEL PIZZA. It’s supposed to be a few grains on each crust, not the entire pizza covered with a bunch of rock salt

Good food and service is good when I am there but the last two times I have gotten there they have had my food sitting on the table instead of in the warming machines they have. I understand sometimes things happen but when I buy food and show up I would like my food to be hot.
This last time I was there, Monday Evening 03/10/25, I had to wait on bread for about 10 minutes. The entire time they did not put my food in any warmers even though I could see they were available. They ended up sitting on the counter for 10 minutes cooling off. I would just love for this to be addressed as you have great food and good deals. Thanks!
When I visited the Troy location, (Saturday, February 15th) they were very busy it was shoulder to shoulder in there. They were short-staffed, so it took longer than normal. I left & finished up what I had to do in town & I received a call stating they ran out of beef & asked what I'd like to substitute it with. I'd like to call my husband & get back to them he said that would be fine. So I called back a couple times back to back with no answer then the employee contacted me again asking if we had decided! I couldn't believe how packed they were for so long & he just calmly continued to do his job to the fullest!! I was extremely impressed with this employee. I do wish I would have gotten his name... If Little Caesars recognizes or rewards, employees this young man is well deserving!!

My son and I wanted to try the stuffed crust pizza for dinner we seen on the commercial so we ordered it and got it and came home and ate together. all was good till about 1am We are both in both bathrooms sick as can be!! This is horrible and wish we never ate there.

Hot and ready I don't think so... f The owners would pay an above average wage they would rake in the money...literally seen 15 customers leave because you are so under staffed they can't keep up with walk in traffic . I will never understand this...pay more and keep a well staffed business and I proms you will come out way ahead in the long run

I can’t believe I’m giving this place 4 stars, but the last time I went made up for a lot of the previous experiences I’ve had. They, for once, had hot and ready pizzas and were on top of orders. It seems like maybe they’re finding employees that actually show up and work because it has been an issue in the past. Still unreliable in my eyes, but definitely improving.
