I received my watered down coffee that I asked for light ice on so it wouldnt be watered down.
I watched this coffee sit for 20 minutes before they moved it to the counter. I received my coffee at 8:45am

Don’t bother using your mobile app here they will always say it doesn’t work. It works at every other McDonald’s in the area then give you an attitude when you say that it says they took the code and you can’t use it anymore. Happens almost every time but no problem anywhere else.

This location is horrible. Staff picking noses. Opening over an hour late. Can’t make a cup of coffee for the life of anyone working there. Management is rude. Little kids running around in the kitchen. Staffs children telling customers what to do. Close this location.

So I frequently order McDonald's from the app while I'm at work and send my husband to pick it up to have lunch with me this time they were busy he waited 20 plus minutes for a McChicken and double cheeseburger just to never get it later called about my incident to get a refund or replacement and was called liar and hung up on! I have worked customer service 5 plus year especially behind the counter at a McDonald's and have never treated a customer like this!

Every time i go here the french fry are just horrible. Even fresh out the fryer they will be hot but soggy never crispy. Its a major disappointment that had forced me to drive pasted McDonalds & go get burger king. Service is amazing quit & polite workers. If they could fix the french fry i would definitely return someday.

Went thru drivethru getting dinner for my granddaughter and daughter gave order went around and paid. Got to pickup window was asked to pull around and someone would bring it right out. Order was customized by no salt on fries. 20 minutes later I had to go into store to find out the order was still sitting on counter, salt on the fries. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the remake. Really disappointed in service from the store.

The McDonald’s That Time Forgot
Pulled into the drive-thru for a Double Quarter Pounder and a tea. Got the tea first it tasted like it was brewed in a mop bucket and then they told me to wait while car after car behind me got their food and left.
Eventually I had to go inside to get my burger myself. It looked like it had been assembled during an earthquake flat, lifeless, and definitely not worth the price. Even the car behind me when I pulled in was still waiting when I walked out.
If you like bad drinks, slow service, and burgers that look depressed, this is your spot. Everyone else should go literally anywhere else.
Was there today and Abby, Tammy and Kelsey were the sweetest ladies and made my day. Wonderful service 🫶

Crispy chicken cooked in old oil. It was dried out. The Quarter pounder was dry. All fries room temperature. Had to wait a full 18 minutes after pulling in front. I'm not sure why the long wait was when there were less than 6 cars.
