I had the house fried rice and fried chicken wings. The rice in fried rice was not fully cooked, it was crunchy. The chicken wings were the smallest I have ever seen. The food was terrible overall.

We went there two weeks ago and dined in. It was the best friend rice and crab ragoon I ever had. My family agreed. Today I picked up and ordered ahead of time. Completely different rice was under cooked and crab ragoon was gross. I don’t know what happened.

Nobody west of the Missouri River knows how to make good crab rangoon or St Paul sandwiches. Food is always hot though and that's more than I can say for most Troy, Mo restaurants.

I don't ever leave reviews, but new china has been my wife and I's go to for nights we don't feel like cooking. Everytime I order the food is ready in 15mins always hot and fresh soon as I pull up. They're prices can't be beat and I have never had a messed up order in the 5 or so years we've been going there. Kudos to this hard working family and their great restaurant

It's new China. If you've been to one you've been to all. Troy doesn't have much in the way of Chinese food so you take what you can get. I do prefer this place over the buffet across the street though.
