Stopped in when the restaurant wasn’t busy-there was no one else inside. Instead of a polite greeting, we were met by a woman named Susan who was very rude and bluntly asked “what do you want?” We had to ask for a menu, and the service throughout was just as unwelcoming. The food was mediocre at best, definitely not worth the poor service experience. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.

I usually don't write reviews or call to places I order from and complain but I'm a bit upset about this one. Want to note this, my husband isn't picky but me and my daughter are. I originally ordered a double order of breadsticks, medium handtossed cheese pizza, medium Ultimate taveran pizza and a 20oz pepsi. Well they got the order wrong. Instead of the cheese and double order of breadsticks, we got a sausage, ham and pepperoni pizza and one order of breadsticks and one order of the cinnamon things (they got my husbands pizza correct, the Ultimate Taveran Pizza). So I called up there, (the girl on the phone was nice) she offered to make us a new one and send it back out. (Handtossed cheese pizza and order of breadsticks/sauce, 20oz pepsi). Well the new order came, (the delivery driver (the 2nd driver, the first one just left food on porch and left) but the 2nd driver was nice and polite) but they did give us our double order of breadsticks and sauce, and the 20oz pepsi and they sent my husbands pizza again(which was correct but didnt ask for that, we just asked for the one order of breadsticks and sauce, cheese pizza and soda that was missing to be sent) but they got the Cheese pizza wrong again. They sent a cheese but it was thin crust not handtossed. I'm not trying to be to picky but my daughter has a sensory issue and wont eat thin and I personally think thin crust tastes like cardboard boxes. Again the girl on the phone and the 2nd delivery driver were both nice and polite. It's not their fault but whoever is or was in the kitchen cooking or organizing the orders, needs to slow down or start double or triple checking the orders or have someone double check you. I don't know, I understand restaurants can be hectic and all and workers want to get orders out as fast as possible but I'd rather wait 1 hour plus for my food, for it to be correct and great food. Not rushed, sloppy and incorrect. I'm not the best at explaining things but I hope this made sense. lol sorry for any misspelled words if there is any. Thank you. Merry Christmas!

The pizza was ok after I put it in my air frier to melt the cheese. I suggest you investigate the calibration of the oven or fire the cook, he don't know what a finished product looks like.

I don't normally complain about food, but when I'm paying extra for a pan pizza, I expect a PAN. This pizza was clearly thrown together with very little time. The dough didn't raise and had barely any pepperoni. I know whoever made this knew better than to actually serve it...disgusting!

My pizza had all the toppings in one spot and there was so much sauce on it i threw it away. And half of my cinnamon sticks didnt have suger are cinnamon on them. Worse serve u had in a long time
Pizza was old although it was picked up within 20 minutes of placing the order.

The pizza was dry, had so little sauce and cheese I’m not sure it should be called pizza. It happens a lot at Pizza Hut anymore. It’s a shame they cut corners to save a buck but ended up losing a customer.
