No real complaints. It is expensive for what it is. For is decent. Service is lacking from time to time but most places do

Mac and cheese was cold, chicken was under cooked, sweet tea was extremely nasty, dessert jar was mostly full Of whipped cream. Please fix this ! I only get bad food quality at the Troy mo location

We waited like 5 minutes and the workers even looked at us and I said excuse me and they plain out ignored me. It was very rude. My chicken wrap was full of lettuce and had barely any sauce and chicken.

$2.53 for a child sized drink... that maybe had 5 sips in it the rest was Ice. Freaking highway robbery. I will never give them any of my business.
My mom, a 70 year old woman was in there at about 615 on a winter evening last week. No lights on the building, no lights on the menu. They were open. Mom asked the woman working the window if she could turn on some lights so she could see to order. Her very polite request was met by what I can only describe as a hormonal young "adult" having a bad day and her ride or die (which I can respect) manager jumping in to back up her lies because that interaction all but turned violent as my mother was refused service and told to leave the store after she came in to order as the very unapproachable/ inappropriate window worker had more attitude than a cat thrown in water. She was told that there is a more polite way to ask. I know my mom, she's usually overly polite to workers unless she's acted against. Now, with that said, my mother might have had some top tier parting words for them, which she admitted wasn't her best look. With that said, if those lights ain't on, don't come around trying to order any food they ain't trying to work and want to look like they're closed and she was upset that someone had the audacity to expect her to work for her pay.
Oh, as far as the food. It's OK. Not anything you couldn't cook at home and feel better for doing so. But if you're in a hurry, I guess.
PS if anyone from slims wants to reach out and discuss an apology I'm sure she would appreciate it.

I'm not looking to get these 2 individuals fired but some intense retraining on what are acceptable ways to deal with the public, as this young woman and the manager were clearly not given instruction on this matter. Mom takes care of an MS patient at night and stays with an Alzheimer's patient during the day. If this doesn't speak volumes for the loving and caring character/ nature of this woman then I don't know what will. Oh, as far as the food. It's OK. Not anything you couldn't cook at home and feel better for doing so. But if you're in a hurry, I guess. And, that's what fast food is for. PS if anyone from slims wants to reach out and discuss an apology I'm sure she would appreciate it. I'm not holding my breathe.

Constantly forgetting the sauces. Came back almost 30 minutes later to get my sauces and some fresh fries. Was told that "I Definitely cannot get you fresh fries." Hands me my sauce containers covered in sauce. I didn't bother to see if the milkshake machine was working again. Last time me and my coworkers came here it was still down.

My food was disgusting.. When I order my chicken wrap, it's chicken strips now is just cut up chicken meat
That's diced, up and put in your wrap. This is not acceptable. I did not eat my food. I will never go back to that place again!!

Nothing worse than a business that cannot provide their menu items during a work day.
