First time here wanted to check out the food. Chicken was rubberlike like they really used a rubber chicken to cook it. No flavor, fries were over salted. Wish I could get my money back; I did a complaint and was promised a refund but ghosted me. Definitely wonāt do business with them again.

Nuggets were tough and dry like they've been sitting under a heat lamp and the salad they use nasty romaine lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce - didn't eat it - $12 for 5 nuggets that I was able to chew -last time I go here

The service was so dumb. After I ordered I asked if they had any more jar desserts, and the cashier was short and rude. Waited 35 min for my order to be ready. Mind you, I had to go up to the counter to interrupt the brunette just talking to another off-shift coworker, and ASK if my order was ready to receive it. It was ready, she was just busy wasting time. I wouldnāt be writing this but itās not the first time itās happened. At this location, Iāve experienced attitude from other cashier staff previously (unwarranted). I went to use the restroom and the soap dispenser was barely hanging on the wall and was out of soap. Just a terrible experience and itās happened more than once.
