This was the third and final time we will ever be eating at Slim Chickens. The food is dry in flavorless and not worth anyone's time eating there. Do not waste your time and hard-earned money on this place

Slims definitely has the best chicken club sandwich I've ever had. And I've tried tons of them! They just have the perfect flavor combos. I always come back to Slims just for this sandwich. Highly recommend

Sat and waited for 20 minutes to pick up an online order because online they say you'll skip the line. After 20 minutes I was fed up of seeing orders that had been made since I had been there being fulfilled and waited in line. When I got up to the counter, they said oh yeah we have it here. Took them 10 minutes to bag it, in which time they still got out other orders. Clearly priority is skewed here, the crowd that had been waiting for their online orders was starting to get vocally upset by the time I finally got my food and left. Irony of it was I was parked in the temporary in-store pickup parking space, spent 30 minutes picking up an order that should have been ready when I got there. Food suffered from it too, soggy mess and semi cold. Never going back.
Wife ordered me a chicken sandwich and when I opened the box all I saw was the bun. When I lifted the bun this chicken strip as I see it was what was there.

Pretty decent food, but was treated TERRIBLY at the Troy, Missouri location. I didn't think to check my bag when I was handed the food. upon getting home to my surprise I had someone else's order, so l called and asked if I could get a refund. I took a picture of the food next to the receipt for proof. (was told I couldn't be refunded because their policy is to " comp a meal for next time and my name will be added to their books" I go by the restaurant to claim my comped meal about 2 weeks later, and ask them to refer to the book and it should be under my name. The employee proceeds to argue with me, and say "we don't comp meals or have a book of names." I ask to speak to the manager, and the manager says "sir you need to get out of our drive-thru if you aren't a paying customer" um.... WHAT?! It gets a little more intense after that, and some rude words are exchanged, but instead of escalating the situation and becoming "that guy" I just angrily drove off. Most unprofessional company l've ever dealt with in my life. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.
