Small town gem. Cheap drinks and good atmosphere
Personally, the only real plus side is the number of pool tables. It's extremely smokey in there from all the cigarettes. If you're going to allow smoking, that's fine, just get some adequate ventilation. Music and vibe is, well, I guess what you'd expect from a small town bar.

If you can put up with the cigarette smoke, this isn't an awful place. Cheap drinks and attentive bartenders.
Got a handy jammer from a carny in the parking lot last year when the fair was in town.
They don't serve food anymore, I liked their burgers.
