If I could give zero stars I would, one of the worst expierences I’ve ever encountered with a subway that could’ve easily been resolved. Managers really need to step up and ensure their employees aren’t acting like they are the managers to customers telling me it can easily be fixed if I bring my receipt in (which I had) and then having the manager tell me she’s not going to do it and laughs as if it’s funny over orders being wrong/refusing to fix the issue! Sarah was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. She should not be working as a manager if this is how she handles her employees mistakes! I feel bad for everyone else who has to deal with her/this store and am disappointed in subway for having someone like her in the position she is in!

My father and I came in to grab a couple sandwiches. We were told they had too many online orders and it would be awhile before they could get to us. I told my father I would take him somewhere else, the employee said ok and walked away. There were no other customers in the store. Really bad customer service.

I frequently grab a sandwich from this location because I work so close. I pre-order so I have no wait, it's always ready and just the way I walked for it. My only complaint is the wraps really depends on who makes it. It's supposed to be footlong portion of meat and toppings, and rolled round like a wrap( not folded like a square) usually isn't.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I pulled up and went inside at 8:55 and they said they just closed. I asked don't you close at 9pm?? John Bellman I believe he said his name was said yes we are closed now. He's a super blonde almost white haired kid with no respect. He sent my self and an older gentleman that took that poor guy 5 minutes to get out of his car and they watched him do all of that and then turned out their open sign right as we both got to the door. I will NEVER go here again.

They are sloppy and disorganized. They mix orders up. My sandwich was made wrong so I had to drive back and get it remade. Absolutely horrible. Don’t go here
