I ordered food waited over 35 minutes finally someone came to the front I asked how much longer it would be for our order he told me another 10 minutes I asked for a refund he said he couldn't do that so I waited and I went to use the bathroom those were gross so I didn't finally got my order after 45 minutes.

My sister came through drive through and got the 3 of us food. But when she got home we didn't even get half of our order. Almost 50 bucks and everyone is still hungry. Sad excuse for fast food. More like rip off artists.

Food is good. I abhore the new automatic order machine, it pushes for too much charity and offers, which is a waste of my personal time whenever I order through the drive. The staff are friendly and fast with food orders. I don't think this location is open to dine-in. As for the hours, I wish Taco Bell was open early morning, as everytime I drive to work, I cannot order my crunch wrap because the store opens an hour after my work starts.

I hate leaving a 1 star, I can no longer deal with the screaming computer that greets you at the drive through. I’ve asked the people inside numerous times to turn it down but they say they have no control it is corporate. You can’t ask questions, if it is out of something it just keeps repeating no, but it makes no sense when you change to something else and it yells NO! If you say speak to person, well that’s not an option. I’ve called corporate, I’ve talked to employees and other customers…. Sadly, Taco Bell is the only fast food company I ever patronize, now that they are using computers instead of people… I won’t be going there. What ever happened to just plain good old customer service?

Just wanted to say that I don't eat taco bell that much but everything i got was cold and didn't taste good.i got fries and they were cold and hard not worth the money at this location. Been here before and it was good and the new answering system is horrible how are people supposed to look at the meno and order when it cuts you off and won't let you look at the menu. I am very disappointed.

It never fails this place has a line I mean 11 cars waiting every time I come here.. I don't understand why they can't get their act together there are other Taco Bell locations that are in more busy areas that you never see with a long line because I know how to manage their store and get their line moving. This location is a joke they always have workers yet there's 11 cars in the Drive-Thru. This location is a joke.

Ordered online and ahead of time, paid as well. I waited at the front for 15 minutes before having to call and ask the person in front of me for help. He then got an attitude because we asked about our food. It's now 10:25 and our food has yet to even be started. This is unacceptable considering I spent over 100.00. Haven't eaten here in years and don't plan on it again.

Tacos were too messy sour cream all over the outside of the shells the tortilla on the burrito was so hard you could not eat it so it was a waste of money would never return

Don’t use the Taco Bell app. I have my location on and they don’t have a geo field to auto update your locations, I so spent $30 here and my order was sent to a different state. Needless to say I am now out $60 for food and awaiting a call back from Taco Bell about this
