I would have given them a zero if I’d had that option. Our first clue should have been that it took a while for someone to even come to the hostess desk to take us to our table. The waitress was terrible. We waited 45 minutes just to get our appetizer. Finally after an hour I told one of the girls how long it had been and at this point to just delete our order or box it up and we will take it with us because we hadn’t even gotten our salads yet. She said she would go get our waitress, who then finally came to the table and said she could bring us our salads. I said no. Either delete the order or box it up because other people had came after us, gotten their food , eaten and left. She said there was only one cook. Seriously you think the best thing to do would have been to tell us that before we ever sat down or the waitress could have said they were short handed and we could have made a decision to stay or go. And no mgr. Came to apologize for other people getting served all around us. No apologies. Nothing. Terrible! I worked in a restaurant for 8 yrs. And worked in retail for 18 yrs. That is no way to treat a customer.

We went there about 3 pm and ordered chicken dinner for each of us it took sometime to to get our main course and. When it came the chicken was overcooked and it was not a good experience we got takeout boxes and left to never return

Went here specifically because I was looking for a place with a salad. Saw the menu online had salads that weren't way over priced, in the $9-11 range. But when I showed up I saw the special was chicken salad and fruit, which sounded good. No price on the white board though. That's how they get you. $17 for lunch, plus a meager $4 tip, $21 total isn't what I had in mind for a simple lunch. All good though, lesson learned, ask about the special prices

We went tonight to support a friend who's son has cancer. Zadocks generously donated a portion of the proceeds for each plate sold. The owners are very community minded. I had the best smash burger! It was delicious!
