It took almost 10 minutes to get a hot latte in the drive through when there was no one else there. The coffee was only luke warm and the cup was filled only slightly more than half full. Disappointing
I received the best service from the sweetest woman. Thank you.

It was absolutely the worst food I have ever ate! The Donuts were good everything else sucked i will never go here again!

Abysmal service. Placed a pickup order 10 minutes before we arrived. Once we were at the window, we waited for SEVEN MINUTES before we were even ADDRESSED. 2 minutes later, they say they're out of croissants... so it took them until almost 10 minutes AFTER we arrived to start making it?! When they finally gave us our order, they'd also forgotten an entire drink, adding on another 3 minutes! It was 2:30 on a saturday with at least 3 employees in the building and almost no traffic coming through the lot. Don't come here if you want your order within half an hour it seems

I had a wonderful experience at the Dunkin’ in Twin Oaks! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. The employees were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see such great customer care and efficiency together, but this location really stands out. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had—highly recommended!

It can be quite busy in the morning; I do not recommend if you are in a hurry. Even with order ahead, give it a good 15 minutes. Other than that, I definitely recommend this Dunkin'

I had been a regular customer at this location for more than a year, but the customer service is getting worse. For someone who likes iced mocha coffee, they have been consistently making bad coffee. If I come back and ask to remake it, the employees are rude and arguing that they are making it right.
Today again I ordered medium iced coffee with mocha and cream and the coffee tasted sour. Me and my husband did not bother going back after our last few experiences with the customer service.

Been a regular here for about a year. Spent a lot of $. Was a good staff until of recent. Imagine been mistreated and laughed at by the staff for being a regular who likes iced coffee. One girl cut me off when I was placing my order giggling with another person around her. She then said could you repeat your order. I was only ordering two items. One was for my 8 year old son. Sh then proceeded to say ANY THING ELSE in a very rude tone after each thing I ordered not giving me time to even say that’s all. I addressed her at the window saying that it was extremely rude of her to cut me off like that. She claimed she couldn’t “hear me”. I said I’ve spend a lot of $ here and didn’t deserve to be miss treated that way. I didn’t go back for a long time. First visit back now to new girls I’ve never seen. Made me wait for over 2 minutes at the coms. Nobody in line or inside claiming they needed to life a milk machine. Another girl handed me my drink. Forgot my son’s donut and didn’t give me a straw. I said thank you. She replied “yeah have a good day”. Also with a rude tone. First time seeing her in the window. No need for attitude and not paying attention to the only order they had. If you can’t hire employees who treat your regularls feel appreciated you get reviews. Fix your problems. You just lost a customer. Starbucks is right down the road and always welcomed me with a friendly smile.

I've always loved Dunkin' Donuts coffee? And of course , my grandchildren love the donut holes. Best breakfast sandwich croissant sausage , egg and cheese yuuuum

Clean. Great service. Busy but they move right along. Dunkin’ is our go to when we travel. Not a great place to sit and chat, but I’ve never been to a Dunkin that is.

Make sure the cash register rings your debit card approved - I thought it had but it didn’t and nobody said anything and I sat there for 15 extra minutes before and after the problem was resolved. Nobody even knew!

My favorite Dunkin’ in the area! I get coffee here several times a week and it’s always consistent quality, the staff is friendly, and I get through the line quickly. Can’t ask for much more.

Worst customer service by one of the female worker . I asked her to put less ice in my ice latte instead she filled half of the cup with ice latte and the rest with whip cream . You must be kidding me. We are more than $5 just to sip into that drink in a second . Coming from 10 years of experience working as DD worker I have never done this to a customer . Unbelievable
