Spent $40 for dinner that was never delivered. Store staff was unhelpful and rude. Avoid this location at all cost.
Pizza making person wasn’t wearing gloves to prepare pizza and he was touching his face and nose couple times I was about to ask him wear gloves but I was little nervous .
I ordered 3 pizzas with extra cheese and sauce and was up charged for all 3. Only 1 had extra sauce and cheese. It was the one that had pepperoni instead sausage on it. So wrong topping. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and had almost no chicken, sauce or cheese on it. The thin crust was so dry you couldn’t eat it. Mind you I asked for extra sauce and cheese on both and didn’t get it. Oh but I paid for it. They put the garlic cheese bread in the box with the cinnamon bread sticks so they tasted like garlic. And the boneless chicken looks like tenders in the pic online but came the size of marbles for $9 for 8. I spent almost $100 on my order and I was so upset it was all wrong. I didn’t call but know nothing would happen.
It’s ashame I have to leave such a low review because I truly do love Pizza Hut, but this specific location constantly has issues getting orders correct through the app and as an employee whole will tell you to your face it’s your fault and you ordered the wrong thing even though you can clearly see on the receipt that it was correct. This employee will also lie and make up things they don’t even carry to excuse why it was made this way. I order a pizza with bbq sauce and it was made with hot sauce then this employee tells me that I should have ordered honey bbq and that the regular bbq come with hot sauce like okay that’s new. Of course this was a lie and went confronted they walked away and replied “ok”. They also never apologize when they mess up or offer refunds/extra items for making us wait for them to remake our food. We’ve had about half a dozen issues with this location and it’s truly ashame to have this happen so often
We ordered our food and made sure it was delivery because we have had issues before but then an hour pasted and wandering were our food whent so we called in to see what was up they did not answer there phone and sent us to the survive center and told us our food was ready for pick up so they were jerking us around for about 45min and then they finally answered but the time we have been fighting for a refund they closed so then they said they would try to talk to the store then they transferred the call to Florida FYI we live in Missouri and still unresolved i recommend to just save your money and just get Domino's

A week ago we ordered here... was missing our 4 sodas... driver said uh what sodas... clearly didn't double check his delivery order. So we called got a credit on our account. Took 25 minutes to bring the sodas after that.. well then today we ordered called to make sure we could get the credit for sodas and made sure it would be there... even confirmed our order. Then received our order... no sodas AGAIN. Then didn't even get the pan pizzas we ordered... they didn't bother to call and inform us about them not apparently having pan pizzas which is a lie. They were lazy and didn't wanna make it. So I called and called no one would answer finally after the 6th call they answered and knew they messed up. Well my husband went up there and they REFUSED to let him speak to any form of manager refused a number for him to call everything. Our order was $65.33 they would only refund us $50!!!! This location is a joke awful service. Clearly everyone needs retraining. I sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a response for what they were going to do for this screw up on our order again. They didn't care. They're rude and have awful customer service. The dude who handled this at the counter was laughing and smiling the entire time. Was going to the back and could hear him running his mouth. BBB is informed also. Scams and the amount of disrespect and AWFUL customer service. Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza cause I can't have red sauce I'm allergic hmmmm... nope didn't follow the order got red sauce chicken pizza. Clearly this location socks cause the reviews are all 1 star..

I ordered for carry out and prepaid. Upon arriving the guy at the front sets up the confirmation for the payment then comments about tipping options and also a no tip option. I do carry out because "delivery fees". After the receipt prints, the guy looks at the receipt and then comments "I see you left no tip and I understand because you came to get it yourself."
Who looks at the receipt and then comments to the customer about not tipping on carry out? This was incredibly unprofessional and I don't need to be guilted trying to pick up food I ordered. I can use the Imo's two doors down or the papa johns across the street moving forward.

This might be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever gone to they mess up every time and they told me today they didn’t have any cheese sticks or pan pizza so they replaced it with the skinniest pizza you’ve ever had and they don’t replace the breadsticks

Ordered a pizza with chicken and white sauce. There was no white sauce and 6 pieces of chicken chunk that required chewing. The rest was corners of chicken pieces the size of bacon bits. So I received crust and chicken bits instead of a pizza. Went in the trash.

My husband has tried calling Pizza Hut two times in a row to place a carry out order, last Friday night and now tonight. All they did was answer the phone and put the phone down and never come back. Last Friday he literally waited 20 minutes for them to come back to be able to place an order. When he called tonight, they did the same thing and this time he didn't stay on the line waiting he left. And went to Papa John's so from now on will be going to Papa John's. The sad thing is we ordered from here at least twice a month sometimes three times a month.

Been ordering from here for 10 years. Recently they started using Door Dash for deliveries, last 2 times I ordered the food didn’t make it to my house. They say they don’t have a way to contact the drivers. They have become very unreliable.
I think it’s a good idea to wear gloves!!!!

I ordered a medium pizza and 2 breadsticks. Next time, the manager needs to make sure and give all of my foood to the Grubhub driver…she said she specifically asked him if she had everything.
When I called Pizza Hut, the manager answered and immediately cut me off saying we don’t have drivers and Grubhub does this all of the time, and was so absolutely rude! And proceeded to lie to me…first he said she took it all he needed to remake it. Then said oh never mind it’s here, you can come get it or you can get another Grubhub driver. (HELLO…if I could pick it up I wouldn’t have ordered delivery!!!)
Then he said let me get these 2 people out of here and I will call you back in 2 minutes to figure it out…which he never did.
I called the Grubhub driver and she was so NICE, she went back to the Pizza Hut and brought me the pizza.
He needs to be fired for how he conducts this restaurant. Absolutely the worst experience….especially from a manager.

Ordered online, went to the store 20 min later, only two staff members working on a Saturday night. Waited 20 min in the store. No pizza. Front counter staff member was rude, when asked how long the wait would be, his reply was “hell of a long time”. While I waited I noticed the other staff member who was making the pizzas had an old band aid on his finger and was not wearing gloves to make the pizzas.
Never going back to Pizza Hut. Sitting in dominos down the street where there are 10 people behind the counter and are very friendly.

Idk what it is with this location but they cannot seem to deliver drinks what so ever. The last 3 times I placed delivery from here, they straight up forgot the drinks I ordered with my meal.
The first time they brought the drinks up right away and apologized but if you get a door dasher delivering your stuff you’re screwed bc they aren't about to pay another dasher to correct their mistake.
It’s never the dashers fault, i always ask them to make sure the sodas aren't in the car but they always respond: what soda? Like bro cmon.
So if you got a door dasher you basically just get the credit for your next purchase but if an actual pizza hut employee delivers your food, they'll fix it right then and there. (Actually bring you the soda rather than just refund the $5)
I paid fees on that soda and tipped on it too, what is that gonna get refunded as well?
Also since when does pizza hut use door dash to make deliveries? We are 100% paying more money for worse service when yall do that.
Never gonna order delivery from this location again bc they fr forget the soda EVERY SINGLE time it’s honestly impressive.
Im already pretty against buying soda from a pizza place bc its so overpriced but I'm willing to do it for the convenience, but this place has been anything but convenient.
