The staff, particularly the lady working the counter, provide a pleasant dining experience, being incredibly nice. While the food quality is generally good, one customer wished the food was a bit more "crunchy" or offered something a bit more authentic. Another customer found the food delicious and absolutely worth it, even when busy. Parking is limited but there was room for customers, and there is accessibility for any type of wheelchair to get on the sidewalk. The wait for orders can be slow at times due to the sole staff member at the counter having to take mobile orders in between.
