I have always loved the pasta house food and atmosphere. I have eaten at many of their stores over the years and there is one complaint I have with the Union store. They treat the rolls like they are gold nuggets. They serve one or two per person and if you ask for more bread, they serve the person who asked, one roll. Anyone else at the table has to ask to get one. It's almost comical the way they treat the rolls. I mean how much do they have invested in each roll,...
The pizza hasn't been the same for a long time. It's very blah, not much flavor. We go, hope they got a good cook back there, then blah. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this is crazy!
The restaurant has improved greatly. Still very loud & hard for conversation. Otherwise good deal, great food.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free menu. With GF pasta & pizza.
Parking: More parking than the restaurant can hold people.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with plenty of choices, not just the regulars.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for all handicap. Parking right in front of the building....
