“It's always the same people working there, and they are super friendly. The tea is delicious. Really really delicious. Their boba tea is much better than what my family has had at other boba tea shops. I'm so glad we found Hitea in the loop. We've been going almost every week, for 5 months.

“Really enjoyed their Thai iced tea, one of the better ones! I don't normally finish my drink right away but I had a hard time putting this down and before I knew it, it was gone!

“This place is it! Fantastic and authentic boba drinks, every variety and trend you can imagine (popping boba, pudding, salted cheese, etc). The quality is always high and service is top notch. Probably the #1 boba spot in Saint Louis right now.“
“The cashier was really nice and even repeated the order back to me to make sure it was correct. The boba tea was delicious and you can even mix flavors if you want! There was a bit of a line so be prepared to wait a few minutes before ordering since it's usually quite busy since it is in a mall. Would definitely go again!“

“I ordered two meals. One porkchop n rice. With fried dumplings. And one chicken fried rice with spicy crispy chicken. Also a jasmine milk tea w less sugar.
The pork chop was an authentic taiwanese dish. I would say 3.5 to 4 stars. Good enough. The fried dumplings were just average. They probably need to make their own dumplinga rather than use some store bought stuff.
The fried rice was 4 stars. Very dank stuff. Very tasty and good. But heres the kicker. I put the crispy fried chicken on top and it put it to 5 stars. So theres a hack to make it even better. This was so good that it made my rating for the food go to 5 stars.
The store itself needs some remodeling. 2 stars at best. But since the second dish was so good. Ill give it then 5 stars in the end.
And the tea was was just average. In comparison to the tenren stuff back in cali. This was just weak. Not gonna knock them for it. The texas feng cha stuff is just average too.
Lastly. They need siracha (or equivalent) hot sauce. The hot sauce they had was like a chinese version of tabasco. Weird. And it sucked. Please get some siracha!“

“Wanted to finally try them out, so we grabbed takeout here through Uber Eats. The bowls and milk teas were BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! From the food, to the drinks, to the counter service ~ all were absolutely perfect! We'll definitely be back to try the ice cream once the weather warms!“

“Note that the outside sign says Tea Zone but it is the same store!! We ordered the strawberry mango shaved ice and mango pomelo smoothie (comes with boba). Everything was very creamy and flavorful. Great and kind service from everyone, especially the owners!! We had a small dog so one of our people were standing outside but they let him come inside. Loved the hospitality. Will be back to try their milk tea.“

“PROS: Good and inexpensive food. Friendly service. Convenient, right off of the highway. Online ordering option.
CONS: Doesn’t take calls after 8PM even though they close about an hour later. Somewhat small containers of rice included with meals.“
