Chicago Fish Chicken grill

I ordered the Superman potato with chicken and beef (I believe that was the name). It was terrible. For one, it wasn’t a baked potato. It was a scoop of chunky mashed potatoes topped with chicken, broccoli, onion and peppers, ground hamburger meat and liquid cheese sauce. No flavor at all, veggies were mushy, meat was hard. Couldn’t eat more than a few bites. Very disappointing for a $20 potato.

Fave spot to get fried foods! Cheap and delicious! Big servings! Bang for your buck! They have tables if you want to dine in but it’s clear they get mostly take out orders so dining area is meh. Doesn’t matter to me. As i said, cheap and delicious!

I ordered 30 pieces of chicken for Christmas. The chicken had no meat inside of it only crust & burnt crust at that. I will NEVER order from this place again. Grease was old as hell. I don't realize it because I don't decide to taste it until last night & it was horrible. Its been over a year that I ordered from here last. I won't make that mistake to order from there again!

Dirty Grease! Tried them twice and can’t do it any more!

If you want anything taken off of your sandwich, you have to put (ALLERGY) in the notes or they will not take it off. And I have experimented this for years, so I know they read the tickets, they just only care if you basically lie to them about your health.

You get what you pay for with this one, but be aware they absolutely WILL NOT heed any requests to leave condiments or ingredients off unless you tell them you’re allergic.

I always have this when I come to town.

2nd maybe 3rd time trying this location this time it was ordered for me so I didn’t know or I would’ve preferred not….. requested crispy fish which still came , flavorless and tastes fishy the shrimp are over cooked and didn’t get the amount that was supposed to be in the order and the fries are just horrible I also have a pic of the food

Staff are friendly and the food is usually fresh. However, something will be wrong with your order more often than not. The prices are low but if you’re not getting what you paid for, it’s hard to recommend. Their refund policy is “No Refunds, but we will remake improperly cooked food.” If you do order here, double check it before you leave.

The wings were fresh, but there wasn't extra lemon pepper as ordered. The restaurant was extremely hot inside, I would suggest calling ahead.
