Staff are friendly and the food is usually fresh. However, something will be wrong with your order more often than not. The prices are low but if you’re not getting what you paid for, it’s hard to recommend. Their refund policy is “No Refunds, but we will remake improperly cooked food.” If you do order here, double check it before you leave.

The wings were fresh, but there wasn't extra lemon pepper as ordered. The restaurant was extremely hot inside, I would suggest calling ahead.

The food was absolutely superb - fresh, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. Great vibes, friendly service. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended!

Got a gyro rice plate while I was doing laundry across the street a while back and I ate it all before I could get a picture, haha. Delicious. I like their Union location too but I'm happy to see that they have other spots. Great service too. Will be back to check out the rest of the menu

Amazing wings! Definitely recommend!

I ordered a 30pc online. It asked me my wing flavor, i picked honey hot. Asked me my fries option, i chose to add cheese for .99. When u got there and told the lady i ordered a 30pc online her first words were “you’re not getting fries with that order” which baffled me bc I clearly assumed I was getting fries due to it asking me if I wanted to add cheese for .99. She then tried to ask me if I wanted a side of honey hot sauce instead of the cheese. I ask her how many sauces do i get already w/ the 30pc i ordered. She said none. I asked her how that was when I ordered honey hot wings? She really tried to argue me down on me not getting my sauce AND not getting fries. At the end, they dipped my wings in the honey hot sauce like i ordered but i had to order fries. Yall should probably update yall website so people don’t think they’re getting something they’re actually not gonna receive. Because $35.00 for 30 wings and that’s it is crazy.

Yesterday I didn't have time to cook dinner for my fiance so I stopped in and grabbed him a 10 PC chicken with fries cause he works the night shift , I asked the young lady to ask the cook not to fry the fries hard. He called me on his break at 12:30 and said that the chicken was soft and not cooked throughly so he tried to microwave the chicken to see if it would cook a little bit more . It didn't work so he threw the food away. Are Chicago Grill under new management? Cause this is beyond excusable.
