Requested double sausage pizza with pepperoni. Asked for Italian sausage. The sausage looked and tasted like a dog treat. In order to eat it, I had to remove the sausage. The sausage could not have been real meat.

Did not want to even leave them a star period.the worst dominos I’ve ever spent my money at,they hang up on you in the worst manor there’s no respect.the manager’s are very poor quality managers I arrived to pick my carry out up they every employee on domino’s clock outside smoking weed strong Oder hitting me soon as I arrive managers no one tried to hide nothing like it’s the thing to do.they so rude I recommend they fire everyone and start fresh please

This is the second time the Domino’s on Olive in U City has botched an order.
For a two topping pizza, I received roughly 6-8 small spinach leaves and 12-14 slices of black olives. I paid a delivery charge of $4.99 and left a tip of $4.50. The total was $25.00 for a medium pizza.
I called, waited on hold for ten minutes and was then told they could only refund the pizza cost and no delivery fee as I paid in cash. Terrible service. Chintzy on Ingredients . Horrible communication and customer service. I asked for a manager or supervisor and was told by the gentleman on the phone he was the manager. He refused to give me the name of his supervisor, when they’d be in or the owner and referred me to the general customer service number.

receive a pizza in which it had hair in the pizza , he wanted to argue with me about who hair it was . when you work in customer service you suppose to fix whatever the problem is . instead he continue going back and forth on who hair it was . would not recommend this place

Walked in to make an order cashier answer the phone in the middle of taking my order. Ask me to continue talking while she talked on the phone and asked me to Repeat myself over and over because she was trying to do two things at once pasta literally only have four spoonfuls manager was being mean and rude to the employee screaming at them to go home and after placing two orders, one order came out 20 minutes after the first, even though they were placed at the same time

Very unprofessional I waited for my food almost 2 hrs and when I called I was told my food was on it way only for It to never be delivered when called to ask what was going on I was informed that they would not do anything about the wait and that I could just cancel the order and the food hadn’t even been made did not try to satisfy the customer at all for their mistake
