After being a long time patron I was truly disappointed in the product and service given. Presentation obviously meant nothing to the team on this day. Unfortunately, these were for my son’s birthday. He raved about wanting insomnia cookies over a cake. What a let down! I hope the team can recover and get back on track. With all the cookie stores these days I’d hate to see such an iconic cookie store fall like this. I don’t think we will be back.

Food was good minus the fact we waited 2 hours for our stuff on top of them declining our phone calls for just trying to check on the order. When we got the cookies/ice cream they were completely out of a certain ice cream we ordered and didn’t refund money for it nor give us the second scoop of another one we ordered to replace it without telling us they were out. Terrible service and company communication with their spending customers. Won’t spend money here again.

I ordered double chocolate chunk, but we discovered too late that the order was incorrect, and we got plain chocolate chunk. The cookies also are not very fresh and are very hard. EDIT: last trip was much better; correct order and fresher cookies.

Both of my kids thought it was better than Crumble! It's just a store front, so there's not much atmosphere. Cookies are to die for! It was a bit expensive, though. The employee was sweet and told me that if you bring the receipt back in, you can get a free cookie next time!

Went here on a Saturday night at 8pm. Lights are on, and ppl inside, but the door is locked. Employees inside, but won't come to the door to let you in. Called their number but went directly to voicemail.
Happened to be approached by a stranger outside, who says you really gotta just order ahead online, and they might let you in. Well it seemed pretty stupid to order online while standing right outside the building. Hugely disappointed.

Ordered chocolate chip cookies and some ice cream. The cookies were warm, sweet & deliciously gooey. The ice cream just hit the spot.
Been here twice the past two weeks and the service has been immaculate every time. The gentlemen working was very kind and the cookies were amazing. We definitely plan on coming back more often, the building is always nice and clean and just a joy to stay in while eating.
