Ordered cookies through the Insomnia website to be delivered and the store sent them through Door Dash. The recipient never received them. When I contacted the store, the employee told me there was nothing she could do, that it was in the hands of Door Dash and that I needed to contact them. However, I didn't use Door Dash. I only used Insomnia website, so I don't have an order through Door Dash to refer to. When I asked if she could send a new order, she said no, that she had already fulfilled the order and there was nothing she could do. I need to talk to the manager that would be there in 6 hours. I left my number and she then said if I don't hear from her, to call back after 6 when the manager is there (basically stating that I wouldn't get a call).
