It would be nice if the lobby was unlocked so folks could sit down and eat. The last two times it was locked and drive through was backed up. The employees are nice but people don't want to eat in their cars.

Drive Thru STRAIGHT ATTITUDE. I last had food in 2016 when I lived in North County. North County service was not great; this establishment was the WORSE experience. I am just baffled by all the attitudes toward taking an order. There is no decorum; seriously, there is a lack of basic 'LOW-LEVEL' customer service skills. Maybe it is a sign of very low synaptic density of 'that employee' taking orders in drive-thru today.

Worst jack in the box I ever had charged me for 20 tacos 2 fries got insulted by the workers because we ordered 20 tacos then only got 18 tacos and no fries went back and 20 minutes later cold nasty fries and still no tacos at that point I was sooo pissed off the math wasn't adding up and they acted like we where stupid never again this place sucks
manager yelled out into the lobby commenting that "he don't know why we standing there, wasn't going to serve us , and told us to go thru drive thru ,then said it's going to be 20 min I can't believe these people have a job the way they are running this place , I won't be back that's for sure!

Wait times are beyond unacceptable, 30 minutes or more for the drive through, on top of wrong orders. Absolutely miserable location, and wouldn't follow up on the poor experiences. Avoid this one at all costs.

I've been in the drive thru for a total of 78 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me when I got here. I've waited for 35 minutes at the drive thru window. My sodas are already watered down before I got my food.
The employees are literally yelling at each other. There are at least three people working which makes me not understand why the food is taking so long.
There's also someone waiting in the car at the sidewalk for their food that was two cars ahead of me. This is awful.
They got my order right, so that's good at least.
(My order was two burger meals and a 4 tacos, doesn't seem like that should take 35 minutes)
