went there yesterday, found out it’s been shut down by the health department. don’t know what to make of this since i’ve never had a bad meal there, but Jimmy John’s hasn’t acknowledged this anywhere

I am 7 minutes away and it took 1.5 hours (and me calling them asking where it is at) until they delivered it to me.They were very polite on the phone tho.Probs won't order here again unless it's several hours before I actually want/need to eat.

This is the slowest Jimmy John's location I've ever ordered from. It's the closest one to my job and they always take a hour or more to deliver. I have to call the store almost every time and ask where my food is. I will no longer be ordering from here for that reason.

Ordered lunch at 11:09 for "ASAP" delivery, which arrived close to 2:00pm. Simple box of mini sandwiches + chips - nothing crazy. By the time they arrived, the team's lunch was long over, and they had to purchase additional meals for themselves just so they could eat before seeing patients again. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He was extremely unapologetic, and said he couldn't do anything about the morning shift....when I said "That's disappointing, but thank you - I appreciate your time" (calmly, not rudely) he said "I don't appreciate yours though" and hung up. Wow!

Your drivers need to know where they are going before they leave your facility or on their way to the next delivery. I was just on the phone for 10 minutes trying to direct your driver on where to go and the attempt failed and I ended up with no lunch because I asked to be refunded. I'm not going to give my money to a company who has employees who cuss at me and then hang up on me. I cannot help it that they decided to not listen to my instructions. I gave detailed directions on the phone and was very patient.

All the Jimmy John's restaurants in the area are great , except for 1 store. The university city (Delmar) store isDisgusting inside. I dont know how people are not getting sick from eating there. It's really bad!! The health inspector needs to shut down that location!!

Service has gone so far down hill. I have spent a fortune at this location. Every time the past couple months, the delivery takes an hour or more. My sand which comes soggy. Driver always says - "Sorry, I am the only driver!" Completely frazzled, usually forgetting my drink.I feel for the drivers, but this is really, really bad.

Had a few hiccups on a order that went out wrong, and a nonchalant manager who really didn’t care either way. What saved the day and made me return to this location (Delmar), was the very caring and prompt response from the corporate office. The store staff and drivers are always friendly and nice.

Ordered my food online at 8:31pm and when I tracked the order it never changed to “ready for pick up” so not knowing the store closes at 9:00 I went at 9:20 and the two gentlemen who were inside with the door locked waved me away and I was trying to tell them I placed an online order and it took my money. Then called the next day the young lady answered and said she was getting a manager to sit on hold for 25 minutes I had to hang up and call back to be on hold again

Typically I don't leave reviews; the issues I've come across at this location I chalked up to my own doing (i.e. Maybe I just ordered during rush) - BOY was I wrong. Since the food I've *actually* successfully been delivered within a reasonable time was always great, I give two stars. Reluctantly.I'm genuinely wondering (as my current order is pushing into the 45 minute mark) what it is about this location that continues to have such terrible TERRIBLE delivery times. Orders have taken so long I've forgotten about them... until I have to call to cancel because after nearly two hours of waiting, I have no reason to wait for this JJ order when I can simply call someplace else and actually receive my food within a realistic time.If the order was received, as the app tracker lets us know, then where's it at? There's next to no excuse for over 45 minutes (which I state graciously) for a service that brags on the right of FREAKY FAST. Does the online-order portal just not update correctly? Google shows the location isn't busy. And last, I suppose I can say with confidence this was my last chance at ordering with this location, when I order lunch at work I actually like to enjoy the break....

Ordered for delivery one hour later the sandwich was delivered, which would have been fine had the guy not left without handing my food to me (and left it on the hospital floor) then turns out he did not leave me the correct drink, and would not answer my calls after. It is what looks to be a blue Powerade drink. My advice is don't tip until the food arrives.
