Manager rude as hell to her employees pissed me off .She has a bad attitude towards them & need to fix it . She will end up working in there by her self but the food ok

I haven't been to this restaurant in about 3 months and usually their food is good but this was the worst experience I ever had at this location. From the looks of it they have a completely different staff. As the girl working register gives me my food her and 2 other staff members burst out laughing. I get home and open my food and I see that they re dropped some old chicken from hours before in grease and served it to me. I guess the joke really was on me. I ended it throwing the food in the trash because it was inedible.

If you don't like your job get a new one. No need to be rude just because a customer wants to know the cost of their meal before pulling up to the last window.

I stopped eating here for a month thinking you would have fixed the raw chicken thighs. You haven't... still serving raw chicken. You're either not allowing enough thaw time before frying or you need too add another minute of cook time,

I ordered a 3pc chicken strip with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Chicken. Strips were dry and not fresh. The coleslaw was room temperature. I am glad I only took 3 bites of slaw. My husband and I ordered the same thing, and both of us ended up on the stool all night. Cashier had no customer service skills, but the two ladies working with her were both much friendlier.

We had not been to a Lee's in a long time. They are not in our home town or even nearby so we were pleased to find one on our trip. The service and food were very good and the restraunt was very clean too.

Totally messed up my order, didn’t give me the right meal or drink, no utensils and super rude and unfriendly. Very unprofessional would not recommend going here and will never go again!

Sometimes the food is fresh, other times it’s not. There’s been times I asked for fresh chicken/jumbo dippers and all they did was refry the meat. Probably thought I couldn’t tell. And They don’t really give you large sides when you order large, which is not fair. It’s usually 2/3 full or a little less than that.

Their overall ratings from all reviewers is accurate.
