Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Totally messed up my order, didn’t give me the right meal or drink, no utensils and super rude and unfriendly. Very unprofessional would not recommend going here and will never go again!

Sometimes the food is fresh, other times it’s not. There’s been times I asked for fresh chicken/jumbo dippers and all they did was refry the meat. Probably thought I couldn’t tell. And They don’t really give you large sides when you order large, which is not fair. It’s usually 2/3 full or a little less than that.

When Tabitha is on shift this location runs very smoothly. We order a fairly large order at least 3 to 4 times a month! When she is working our order is always ready and always correct! She is always kind and accommodating! Kudos to Tabitha!

They are always extremely friendly at this location. The food is good more often than not. I recommend this location if you have a hankering for chicken at a reasonable price. Also the pot pie is delicious.

I received two different meals for my children that contained raw chicken thigh. The staff seem like they do not care when addressing the issue after calling the store. So not only a waste of time I have to drive all the way back up to the location. Good thing I bit one of the kids meals Because my children would have been eating raw meat. The manager seems to not care. The staff was being very rude and disrespectful. Once we approached the drive-through to bring the food back. She said the spicy chicken supposed to be red and cutting me off getting smart. I had to correct her and let her know I never ordered anything spicy. They did not apologize all they said was very blunt things and rushed me out their line

Ms. Mary is super sweet and kind. The entire staff here are usually very friendly and make me smile whenever I stop by. Food is always great as well and on the rare occasion a mistake is made they always make sure to correct it. This is definitely one of the better fast food places in the area.

Following a hospital visit confirming influenza, I purchased three chicken strip specials from Lee's Chicken yesterday to feed my family. Upon arrival home, I discovered the chicken was cold and dry. I returned the order; a manager inspected the food, and subsequently returned it to the kitchen. Instead of throwing it in the trash in the dining area. I am concerned about potential contamination because not only did I touch the chicken and talk over the open box.I believe she really wanted to help but there was another manager involved that wouldn't cook fresh chicken strips. I will seek a full refund today. Always folliw your first mind.

i come to this lees at least 3 times a week, went into today and asked for my chicken to be dropped twice meaning i want it crispy , i heard the manager in the back calling me weird because i wanted my food like this . im paying customer, it should not matter how i asked for my food to be made . you suppose to please your customers. i will never return back here .
