Very disappointed in our recent trip to McDonalds. We had used the mobile app and ordered several items, including a McFlurry. They did not have ice cream and we were offered no alternative or refund on the item. I will not be coming back.

I came through the drive-thru at about 2 o'clock today. Servers were very friendly and efficient.
The woman who was working 12/23 around 3pm was very rude, screaming at customers and employees. Refusing to assist the older gentleman waiting for a long time to pay for his order

Keeps declining in service, especially after 3 pm. And don't ask for any ice cream or shakes after about 730, the machine mysteriously doesn't work. Who runs out of straws? There are 2 other nearby McDonalds with better service and I'm wondering why this one is still opened. There is ALWAYS a problem and bad attitudes!
