They actually had grimace there greeting the kids and having them spin a prize wheel. It was so refreshing to see McDonald's being kid-friendly again instead of just McCafe. We need to bring back the children's McDonald's. The children need some more safe and fun do be a kid again. Thank you for making a great experience for my kids.

Today I was served a moldy bun in the drive thru. When I called and spoke to the manager, he said he made the sandwich himself and the bun wasn’t moldy. Do you think this looks like mold?

I pulled into the drive- thru to place my order. I informed the lady on the intercom that I wanted 6 triple cheeseburgers. She said she couldn't do that. I asked her why. Once again I asked her why. She said she couldn't do it because she only had 1 cook. Why are you even open and can't serve the needs of the customers who are the only reason why your doors are even open?? There has always been POOR service and food quality from this location in the past. Today was the worst. They don't deserve 1 star as a rating. I wish I could've given this location 0...will never return here.

I came up here August 8th around 7:20 pm & the manager caught an attitude because they forgot to put my Medium fry & Mac Sauce in the bag that I paid for. He proceeded to tell the cashier after she was going to get the missing items to tell us they don’t have any mac sauce. so i proceeded to ask how don’t they have any mac sauce. He proceed to say “ we have mac sauce but not for you”. I pulled up out the driver thru a little he proceeds to come outside yelling at the car. Saying he was gonna put his hands on me & I am pregnant. Walked to some car to get a firearm or whatever he grabbed. all because they forgot to put something in my bag that i paid for. He also put the workers life in danger offering me to fight them on the clock. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend from this location! He’s a black male skinny & had on a red shirt. I will be calling cooperate in the morning

There is no soap in the dispensers nor hand sanitizer, there is no ketchup in the dispenser, when asked for ketchup I was told I was given the last packet, all of the soda fountain tasted bad and when employees were told nothing was done about it, pieces of the soda fountain were falling off, poor customer service, worse food, there was nothing fast food about this place, I ordered online and my order was only filled when an employee was asked about it. I will never return, do not go here, where is the manager to try to keep this place and its employees in some kind of order?

If I had seen the store location when placing my order online, I would have saved my time and money. Ordered a 20 piece with sauce, received one box of 10 nuggets, and two 4 piece boxes with a total of 7 nuggets in them. Didn’t get any of the 8 sauces I ordered and was charged for. They were out of the apple pies I ordered so replaced with cookies that I didn’t want. Save yourself the energy and do not order from this location. I already contacted Uber for my refund.

Waited for 5 mins at the menu and then pulled around to the window and waited till a person showed up and said I was waiting and talking and no one said anything so I pulled around I had to go all the way back around… not oh sorry about that.. not oh crap…
The worst costomer sercice I 've ever been. They all should be fired. There were alot of them inside not knowing what to do and had to wait for too long and when I got my order, one piece of mac chicken was missing.

This happened on 5/29/25 at 1140am. The female staff at the drive-thru counter was so rude. First, she just stopped talking to us while ordering even though we’re not done yet. When we reached the next window, we tried to tell her the rest of our orders but she was so irritated and mad. We were adding a happy meal and a drink but she angrily told us that she doesn’t know what a happy meal is. I said the “squishmallow happy meal” which was what on the menu, and she asked what kind of happy meal I said what are the types of happy meal? And she yelled “I don’t know!” We were going to show her the happy meal we were talking about on their menu on the phone but she closed the window on us and said “not today!” And told us to just go inside. She seems to be having a bad day or not happy at work and put all her anger on us over a happy meal. We just left not ordering because of the verbal abuse we got from her. She could politely say she doesn’t know what a happy meal is and ask us to go inside the store without yelling and showing an attitude.
