“My sister gifted my husband and I a gift card for Xmas. She works for three kings in south county another establishment with the same owners. The food and atmosphere at Three Kings is so great that we were thrilled to see they’d opened a Mexican restaurant as we love tacos! Just from walking up from the partying lot, I knew it would be great! The outside dining had lots of themed touches that were really nice! Soon as we walked in we were greeted and told of our wait time. we really appreciated that the hostess took our number and called us when our table was ready. We ended up sitting and waiting, we like to people watch :D the decor was gorgeous! I loved the succulent chandelier, the floral walls, the ceramic and the mosaic touches! All of their establishments are inviting and really create a nice atmosphere! Our server Charlie was friendly and knowledgeable regarding drinks and food! We each had a delicious margarita! The chips and salsa were fantastic! My husband ordered a smothered burrito and I opted for a taco plate. I was very impressed with the amount of options on the food especially for health conscious people- vegan, gluten free, etc! I loved that I could mix and match, I had a Baja fish taco and the vegan chorizo. Both were amazing! The slaw on the baja taco was sweet and crunchy! This was my first experience with vegan chorizo and it was the perfect amount of spicy! The plantains were delicious and basically became our dessert! We over indulged too much and skipped dessert, but we will be back soon so that we can order the Churros! Highly recommend checking out Tres Reyes and or Three Kings if you haven’t yet! You won’t be disappointed! :)“

“10/10!!! This isn’t your typically chain Mexican place! My husband and I went here for the second time because we just fell in love with the food, especially the authentic recipes for their tamales! The food in particular reminded my husband of his grandma and mom who passed already which warmed my heart! Wonderful meal! We forgot to leave a review last time but this time we did and also brought home some tamales! Everything is so good here, hopefully next time we will call ahead to try some mole! “I can't say enough about this restaurant. It's the BEST! We go there a lot. We ate there 12/27/25. You get so much food with the Fajita dish that I always have to take half of it home. My husband mostly gets meals with shrimp and he too loves them. In getting to know them over the years is like gaining another family member. Maria even helped me get a great doctor for my husband. Service is always spot on. They always bring me me a frosted mug with my beer, without asking! Everyone is very friendly. If you like Mexican food you REALLY need to go there. In years of searching for REAL Mexican food in St Louis, I’ve had many disappointments. This place was absolutely fantastic and pure pleasure for an old Texan. “I have been there many times, and I have always received great service from all the waitresses. Carolina and Luisa will make you feel welcome and brighten your day. I've been through most of their menu and even asked them to pick a meal they thought was the best for me, and I was happily surprised at how wonderful it was. When they first opened, I had a going-away party for a friend with 12 people, and they could not have been more accommodating. Sidenote: if you've not had the choriqueso dip, you are in for a treat.“
