I did not enjoy my experience at this location this evening. There was a young lady working up front around 7:20 ish at the old Olive location who had a terrible attitude and was extremely unprofessional. She rushed me through what I was ordering and also made rude and inappropriate remarks back to me. I told her I didn’t like her attitude. I’ve NEVER been to any bread co location where I was made to feel like helping me was a nuisance and a chore. I will never be going back to this location ever again. I deserve to spend my money in an establishment that respects the customer and displays professionalism. I left without my food and without my refund because I couldn’t stand there another moment with her speaking to me in that nasty tone. I hope she does better in the future for her own sake, career and future endeavors. But again, I will never spend any more money at this OLD OLIVE location.

This is a different concept vs most Panera locations because you can only order via one of the 4 kiosks. Coffee is made in single-serve machines like the ones at gas stations. So be prepared to have minimal interaction with the employees.

First of all they gave me spoiled dressing and the onions on the salad were old. The sandwich tasted funny I hope nothing on it was spoiled just never been to a Panera before with the food so nasty. I threw most of it away.

Yes I realize that not every Panera is the same as the others I normally visit Clayton road Panera which I have decided today that I'm more than willing to make that journey instead of visiting the olive boulevard panera's I meant sure I'm not sure what the misunderstanding was today I just wanted to order a bagel because I thought that would be the Sweet treats since it was a cinnamon crunch I was told that's not so I said okay I'll go ahead and pay for it and then the lady handed my card back and said no we'll just give it to you second lady came to the window who had her nose pierce a nasal piercing it said oh you ordered a bagel and at that point I said just forget it can I please just have my sweet tea. I know that emotions and feelings don't seem to matter nowadays because I get over a place but rudeness and aggressiveness was not necessary plus embarrassment so I sure this won't go any further however it was a necessary the extent that it was taken too it was just a misunderstanding..
The food at this location is just not good. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which is my favorite thing on the menu, and it tasted terrible. It had weird powdery texture, tasted almost like tuna, and it was way too sweet and purple. The whole sandwich wasn't great - the bread was falling apart, they put tomatoes in one spot on top of each other, and some of the lettuce was rotten. The lack of care that went into preparing my food is really disappointing. Panera has gone downhill.

I walked in your store around 1:30 to place an order. This was my first time visiting your store. Right away I was disappointed in the way it looked and smelled, the floor was dirty and if that weren’t enough I waited at the register for a few minutes to notice that the entire staff were not focused on the front but were talking to one another. Not one person looked up to say “someone will be with you in a minute “. By this time I’d decided, oh no I don’t want to buy anything from here because it was not clean, welcoming nor customer focused. The floor was disgusting and the order like trash or garbage hit me at the door! This is sad and disappointing because this a very good and busy location!

Second and last time coming to this location. They are always out of ingredients. First time they were out of avocado, this time they were out of eggs…AND they missed the avocado and onion on my sandwich. To come inside to ask for help..,the woman who took my order and brought my sandwich looked and me and walked to the back and began doing another task. The rest of the team continued ignoring me for at least 3 minutes until someone finally addressed me, she kept doing her task then finally brought me the toppings to add to my now cold sandwich.
