There are Paneras and there is this Panera that is some kind of express concept. Ordered the same as I always do but somehow the food here is bland, flavorless. The bread was cold and stale. The place wasn’t clean enough.

This location is truly terrible. Their staff does not care about anything. Tables are always dirty inside. Customer service is horrendous. Cannot not recommend this location any less.

I recently found out about this location by driving by and I stopped in for the first time tonight and I had a great experience. Derrick helped me navigate the newly changed menu items and ingredients because of my allergy and he was very kind. Beyond exceptional customer service and speedy service ! Thank you

I never really write reviews but this was a must. Today when I went to Panera the manager Tori had the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Panera. She asked me if I was picking up or placing an order, only to say that orders could not be placed in the drive thru, only online or inside. I park and go inside only to be ignored by staff before they finally say there is not enough staff to take a cash order. Why say come inside if you cannot take orders. When I asked for the corporate number she said you can google it. As a very regular customer this was very aggravating.

Our food was average but the ladies room was a catastrophe! If you’re going to charge $35 for a small lunch haven’t you got the money to clean the facilities ?? It was gross in there and we have options so we won’t go back,

I ordered my food to go for my lunch on the way to work. Got to work and realized they gave me the wrong soup. Something I don't even like. I was already disappointed that the sandwich I wanted they didn't have. But to get the soup wrong too. I want my money back. It ain't like I can clock out of work and come get it.

Constant roaches and vermin in meals ordered through drive thru. When I came for dine in services the management was very snappy to other customers. Long wait, lack of communication on why orders were consistently wrong. I rather go to the Panera Bread with better standards.

Everything was great overall, although the staff occasionally (just occasionally) made a mistake. I ordered a large (hot) cup, but was given a medium cup instead. When I asked to confirm, he replied that this was indeed the large cup. It happened only a few times, but it didn’t affect my positive impression of the excellent service provided by others.

Drive through was quick. Food was poor. Ordered upick2. Fuji apple salad and tuna salad sandwich. Asked for baguette as side.
More lettuce on the half sandwich than in the salad.
Perhaps a 1/2 teaspoon of tuna salad on the sandwich. It was a very thin spread of tuna salad.
No baguette
Won't go back to this location.

I ordered the strawberry poppyseed salad and the tuna salad sandwich. What I received was the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken. I checked the ticket and it clearly read strawberry poppyseed salad. The tuna was so strong I couldn’t eat it! I put it down the disposal before the thought of bringing it back to the store.

I had a problem using the machine to place my order. I forgot the young man's name but I think he was a manager. He came over to place the order for me. It took a while so he gave me a free coffee for my troubles. I really appreciated him.!
