I'm not a fan of the digital cafe in U City. It's too impersonal. I prefer the regular bakery cafe. It feels more inviting.

Ordered online take out- missing a half sandwich and other sandwiches just seemed like they were 'thrown together without any attention'- had similar experiences at PB in Creve Coeur so both are off my list now.

Went in like 15 after they opened, was the only order in the place, they messed up the order, and burnt it. For an egg sandwich it's easier to stay home and make your own. Honestly guys, how do you burn and mess up the one order in the place?

It’s been a minute since I’ve had exceptional service from Bread Co/ Panera. But today, I think I received the best service I’ve ever had from them. Service was fast and friendly! And my food that Mediterranean Veggie sandwich was absolutely heaven in food form?????? Definitely will be my go to for lunch now.

Haven't had Panera in a long time really looking forward to having the broccoli cheddar soup. It had absolutely no flavor, was very thin and was like drinking mildly cheddar flavored water. The piece of sourdough bread that came with it was stale. Will not be going back there again. only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the servers were nice.
